DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!! There are much, much better and cheaper apartments in Statesboro. The rooms are small and the vent filters are usually faulty. They also do random maintenance testing where the fire alarm goes off for an hour at 10:00 AM on a Thursday, and they don’t even warn you it’s going to happen. The maintenance men working here are probably some of the most incompetent people I’ve ever encountered. What kind of testing could possibly involve an hour of the Fire Alarm going on an off randomly?

Edit on 1/7: after three weeks of horrible service from the previous internet issue, it didn’t even last a month before the same problem is back again. Random disconnects, slow speeds when it’s actually up, and the Hudson still calling it a “Brief Wifi Outage”.
One star for internet issues. It should not be this difficult to service an apartment complex. DO NOT TRUST THE 4-5 STAR REVIEWS POSTED WITHIN THE LAST 2 MONTHS!!! The staff has been soliciting reviews for a chance to win something, the reviews must not be taken at face value. There are many things wrong with this property! Wifi doesn’t work, gate doesn’t work, locks for amenities, you guessed it… doesn’t work.

The Hudson has the greatest amenities and staff. I have had a great experience living here for two years. Anytime I need maintenance, they are here so quickly and always listen to what I need fixed. The Hudson has the best pool and gym of all of Statesboro! Since living at The Hudson, my grades have improved. I’m convinced it’s because I have nice and quiet living conditions. I have thoroughly enjoyed living here and never want to leave!

Important note, their employees leave 5 star reviews to make it seem better. <-------------- The worst internet you will ever have, don’t plan on doing anything that needs a good reliable signal, don’t take tests or quizzes cause the internet cuts out all the time. Anyone trying to game don’t live here your ping will be terrible. The internet has a hard time loading videos some weeks. I would link a speed test but I couldn’t get one since the signal kept dropping .
Don't worry they will send daily messages trying to get you to resign, not that I can load them 2 weeks into no internet.

I’m going into my second year living here, and it has been amazing! Where do I even start? The staff are phenomenal, the amenities are excellent, the property is beautiful, and the new package lockers are pretty neat! My dog and 2 reptiles are extremely happy living here. I’d recommend to anyone!

I would definitely recommend the Hudson! The location is super convenient and you can’t beat the amenities for the price. Having utilities included with no overages is also a plus. The maintenance team is super helpful and always responds to work orders quickly! I resigned late and the office was super accommodating.

I recently resigned my lease here for the next school year. The management here is so helpful and was so understanding with my situation! I have toured so many complexes in the area and this one is really just the best in terms of quality and price. It’s affordable while also having great amenities and amazing management and maintenance staff. I highly recommend this complex to Southern students, especially since it is a short walk to campus!

I was looking for apartments for the upcoming Fall 2021 semester and when touring I was blown away! The woman who took me on the tour was so informative and nice and was able to answer all of my questions no problem. I was very intrigued with the gym and the addition of the boxing ring is really what drew me in. Also the other amenities such as the… car care center, swimming pool, mail room, and many more are another thing that drew me in to loving the Hudson. Over all the staff is very nice, prices are a bit expensive but you definitely are paying for the better experience and better living
