Run from this guy!
I was involved helping my daughter and partner during the purchase of a house. Ray was the sellers relator. First, he was not friendly at the earnest money drop off. His responses to the inspection were always rude and he was making statements for the seller without the sellers knowledge. Said seller would fix nothing. Then list the house AS IS! The inspection and 2 roofers said the roof needed replaced. Major hail damage and age wear along with many other issues that would not pass FHA standards. Was pushy in threatening that others were in line waiting. The seller was actually
