Our company has been working with Encompass for about a year now. We gave them quite the challenge when we brought them in to clean up another firms mess. Simply put, they did not disappoint. Shawn, Jimmy and the rest of the crew have been top notch from day one. We had them clean and organize our IT closet, establish new VPN for remote work, and integrate our new VOIP system. We have been partnered with Encompass I.T. since we moved our dental practice to a bigger location in 2007. Since then they have met our increasing I.T. needs as our practice evolved. Encompass has been doing our IT work for years now and we are highly satisfied with their work. We have nine work stations, two office locations, a server and several remote tablets that have been purchased and serviced through Encompass and they are very competitive supplying us with new hardware as well as the firewall, backup and email service. We have been using Encompass IT Solutions at our Parish (two churches) for years. Whenever, we send a support request, they respond quickly which is so important!!
