Teenage son rebuilt a computer, and it wouldn't start. Best Buy was going to charge him $200 and a week before even looking at it.
This guy did a diagnostic review in a day, and his diagnosis was correct. And when it came time to pay, he said "I want to encourage kids to do this kind of thing, I won't charge him anything."
I greatly appreciate him, his work, and his overall attitude in this world. I wholeheartedly recommend him and will bring him my computer repair needs in the future.

Ran provided support on a Sunday afternoon and returned my 10+ year old Vaio desktop in less that 24hrs. The machine runs like new, I swear we could land a spaceship with this thin! Highly recommend for local support. Fair and honest, very knowledgeable and responsive!

Ryan said he will diagnose the problem for free... and finally says he completed the job even though I asked him to wait for my approval. Reasoning he gives is,, only if fixed he will know soving the problem. Finally the problem with my laptop is not actually fixed, though it was a straight job. Pricing is expensive too, don't recommend his service - you can find better and affordable service. Even best buy is chesper than him . He is unprofessional and not transparent. Don't recommend to anyone. Now I really doubt the 4.9 star rating - i repent falling for it. Persuaded for more services.

Wonderful service! I called because I was told that my computer had been hacked and all of my accounts were compromised and was told by some "technician" that I had to pay $450 to get my computer up and running...long story short, I called Computers To Go and Ran immediately extinguished all of my fears. Just for the peace of mind I asked if he could do a diagnostic check on my computer and he was so helpful and accommodating. Ran, the owner of Computers To Go is an amazing person. He was very patient and a professional while helping my elderly mom (82) with her computer. It is an old computer and Ran managed to fix the issue rather than trying to sell her a new computer. And the charge was reasonable. I would highly recommend Computers To go to anyone.

I have been getting computer service from Ran for a number of years now. It is like having my own totally great IT department. He can fix most things quickly over the internet, and on those occasions where something is really wrong, I can bring my computer to him and he fixes it quickly. I have also bought new computers through Ran, perfectly set up, ready to go, with all my files and software installed. Oh, and his prices are very reasonable, including free service on computers bought through him. Highly recommended!
