We recently had our computer worked on by Vectro Computers. Jason did the work. Our hard drive had crashed and needed to be replaced Jason explained his process for determining what the problem could be and told us the possible solution options.
He explained everything and answered our questions. When he returned the tower, he installed one item and explained the different look of the Desktop.
His price was fair and we would recommend him to anyone needing work done to their computer.

In particular, my son had a particularly problematic gaming laptop, and despite a significant number of issues ranging from damaged power supply to melted thermal paste, he stuck with the job until the job was complete. This is made notable for the almost unbelievable number of setbacks ranging from being sent the wrong replacement parts (often with non refundable shipping fees,) issued with damaged systems

Having reached my 87th birthday my computer has turned into a very important part of my live. It fills the need to keep me up with the latest news and tend to necessary responses. I own a 10 year old iMac OS High Sierra that I kept updated and upgraded by Vector Inc.
