Services
HealthCall has provided private duty nursing and in-home health care since 1987 through a skilled and professional staff that specializes in treating catastrophically injured individuals as well as infants, children, and adults with medical disabilities and traumatic brain injuries. Services begin when we travel to a patient's home or medical facility to meet with them and their family.
Our approach to working with people has always been to combine their immediate care needs with a goal of community re-entry. Through a commitment to "person-centered care, " we work with individuals and their families to develop a care plan that affords them the greatest degree of independence. To every extent possible, we identify and support the individual's preferences for how to live their life.
As you consider in-home health care providers, you'll discover that very few have attained the industry's most important accreditations. There's a reason why - they're tough to earn. Accreditation requires a rigorous peer review process and proof that programs and services are measurable, accountable, and of the highest quality.
HealthCall is committed to the development of cultural awareness and sensitivity specific to diversity regarding race, ethnicity, national origin, age, gender, sexual orientation, religion, culture, socioeconomic status, language, disability, and other forms of diversity.

As a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary group of professionals, HealthCall strives to provide culturally competent clinical services, outreach programming, and training opportunities.HealthCall is committed to expanding opportunities, advancing equality, and honoring differences among all clients, employees, and candidates.
Our professional staff specializes in comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for autism spectrum disorder (ASD) as well as complete behavioral assessments and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). The program has a focused thematic and social component in a group setting, as well as directed one-on-one therapy centered around each client.

It’s a horrible place to work at. Please save your time and energy before applying to this place. They make you sign contract with some house rules for behavior therapists/ techs and break them on their face saying they make the rules and can break them as well, as needed. Very unethical, unprofessional way of dealing with their employees. They make their poor techs work extra long hours with low pay. Lot of favoritism is going on in the place as well creating competition among employees rather than teamwork. Whatever they tell you are all lies. Just another money making scam that they have there

I have worked at HealthCall for over 2 years. I started off at the company as a QBHP Supervisor and realized that the role wasn't the best fit for me. I approached the General Counsel and told her what I was passionate about and she immediately moved me into a role where she new I would succeed and feel confident at. I absolutely love the HR team that I work with. My supervisor is always there to answer any questions for me. The organization works as a team! Great place to work at!

I have worked at HealthCall for around two years now. I love the friendly environment, supportive supervisors and staff teamwork. I started at HealthCall as a technician and as my education continued I was able to move to BCBA. The clinic is clean, well stocked with plenty of reinforcers for my clients and we are surveyed annually to ensure workplace satisfaction. We are also given multiple opportunities throughout the year to pursue continuing education. Love my time spent here so far!

0 STARS!! Terrible company! Acted in bad faith in staffing our home. Waited 10 months for a phone call. Made me do all of the work to get nursing approval and then didn't even turn all of the papers in so my daughter was denied nursing services. Then I inquired about it and they were worried about getting their binder back and never even acknowledged my complaint. Don't waste your time they don't care!

Great Nurse job interviewer. Pleasant and quite pleasurable to talk to. I felt like she respected my 20 plus years of nursing experience. Nice and welcoming staff at the front to greet people. Pleasant and becoming atmosphere.
