We understand that every patient is unique and we will take the time to create a customized eye care plan for you. Our Glendale optometrists will start with a comprehensive eye exam to evaluate the health of your eyes and obtain your prescription. They will then provide recommendations for you, which may include glasses, contact lenses, a LASIK referral, or medical treatment.

You may not need glasses or contacts, which is fine. We are just happy that you came in to check the health of your eyes! Our beautiful retail store carries a wide variety of designer frames, as well as a large selection of sunglasses, sports eyewear, reading glasses, and accessories. Our knowledgeable vision care team is ready and able to help you choose the perfect pair of eyeglasses for you!

They used to be good but a change in ownership drove away the doctor I preferred. After that they couldn't get my prescription correct after multiple tries. You have other options.

My family has been going to Peepers for 10+ years. It was a drastically different experience this time around. First, the optometrist was amazing. He was knowledgeable, kind and explained a few of my issues in detail. Truly great experience, which is the most important part of an eye doctor visit. The customer service on the other hand, was not good. I was told my appointment was at 10, but once I arrived was told it was at 12:30, so I left and returned at 12:30. Both times staff were preoccupied on the computer or their phone and it felt like they didn’t want to assist me at the glasses case

This was my first visit to Peepers and I was very impressed. The optometrist was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different options that would fit with the type of work I do and for maximum comfort. The sales person that helped me pick out a set of glasses was very nice and took a lot of time letting me try on various peers as well as giving me good advice. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My family has been happily served by Peepers staff for exams and eyewear/contacts for many years until now.
In the span of ordering 3 new sets of glasses for myself, wife and daughter on one set came back correct the first time.
My wife’s came back and supposedly the frames were the wrong size for her prescription. They didn’t say anything when she ordered them initially. Only when she went back to see what was wrong did they say anything. On top of that they made my wife feel as if it was her fault that the sizing was wrong.
I ordered my frames and lenses about 5 wks ago and still have

They don't address anything directly. All of their responses sound like they have become part of some corporate entity that doesn't give an F about real genuine customer service. Not going back- I have since switched my optician. Having customers is not an entitlement.

HAD NO IDEA this was sold to new owner, no more Dr. Rogers / Mcleery. New management is terrible and not customer oriented.Drove 30 min was literally 6 min late and was refused service because the grace window is 5 min. which was never communicated when I set up my appt. Thank goodness for that one minute of being late,I discovered the change in management. As a customer of 10+ years, you don’t deserve my patronage. Dr Rogers has a new practice in Lone Tree and I will be scheduling with her. BYE FELICIA

This place has a weird late policy they won't even look at you or talk to you. I was 10 minutes late one time standing outside the door and they wouldn't even let me in. Rude. Bad customer service. I would not recommend this business to anyone else. I had plenty of money to spend today in the rest of my FSA account but forget it

I went into Peepers for my first eye exam last September. It was one of the better exams I've had! Sadly, it's been all downhill from there. After I tested my trial pair of contacts, I have attempted to order a full supply SIX TIMES since December. My messages are never returned. I have spoken with their front of house staff many times. Each time they have told me, "their contact specialist will get on it." They keep dropping the ball. I went in there on April 16th to discuss the order and also shop for glasses. I was met with MAJOR attitude by the women showing me glasses (Dani?), as if she didn

Not a ton of love of late for these folks, but my wife and I both were due for a checkup, and they did a perfectly fine job!

So, the reality is that I have very little to compare this experience to, because at nearly 50, I still have great eyeballs, apparently. Still, the staff was exceptionally friendly, the doctor, while quite young, was highly professional and competent, and I had a generally great experience.

That said, if they read these, here are some small improvement tips:

Wonderful, courteous, and very patient employees at Peepers. They are all very professional and friendly! Excellent service!!!
Their selection of frames is great, and I am very pleased with my new glasses.
The steps that they have taken here for Covid-19 protection has been excellent. I felt 100% safe here, and I am very high risk.

A FEE TO RETURN AN ITEM?!?!?!

I purchased 2 pair online. I received the shipment on time and the packaging was nice, the quality of the glasses suggested a good value. After trying them on (impossible to know when you purchase online), I found that one of the pairs did not fit well or look good on my face. No worries I will just return it! Well, I can return for a fee! Since I paid for shipping in and could not try them on before purchasing, I feel that Peepers policy is not customer friendly or comparable to other retailers. I used to LOVE this place! Dr McCleary was the best. But this last experience, was the final one. I went in for a visit almost a month ago and ordered contacts. After 2 1/2 weeks I decided to check in on them as I was on my last pair, and was told oh there's just a delay d/t COVID, call back next week. Called back after 3 1/2 weeks only to find out they somehow "forgot" to order them. Was told by Athena that the "manager" would call me back and let me know what they could do to expedite my contacts. Never got a call back. Called back 5 hours later, Athena had no idea what

Since Jeanine and Dr. McCleary left, the quality of service and the staff has declined dramatically. I've been a patient here since it was on Colorado Blvd in the purple building. Unfortunately, no more. The doctor didn't introduce himself when he came out to get me. And I found the office manager to be condescending when the lenses i got didn't feel right. I will say that when I asked to reverse the entire transaction so I could start over elsewhere, they were very gracious.

Nelly is so very helpful. My husband has been struggling with the comfort of his glasses for months. Nelly says "let me look at them. I can adjust those glasses." In 10 minutes, she brought the glasses back and the glasses fit perfectly.

I really like Peepers. I make a point to return to Dr. Bistodeau each year because I really like him. He listens and works with you and your needs to make sure your prescription works for you. He makes the exam feel effortless, and not like a 'quiz' to trick you, compared to other eye doctors. They also have a nice selection of frames. 10 stars for the doc!!

I did have to take a star off for the excessive amount of pre-appointment communication. I received 2 texts, 2 emails, and I think 3 phone calls (voice mails which were not very understandable). I would understand that this was

Appoint costs have gone through the roof. $132 for exam. $79 for "contact fitting".

Like previous reviews, all fun employees have left and service has diminished. Employees are now there for the dollar.

If you're still interested just make sure you ask for all your charges up front before the exam.

On my final eye exam in Denver, I had met a number of new faces. Dr. Bistodeau did my exam and listened thoroughly to my fun journey with Peepers Optical. Everyone here has been nothing but the best. Alex, Johnathan and Jacob, I sincerely thank you and wish you guys all the best. What a fun group to chat it up!

I chose two pairs of ProDesign glasses for my final selection from them and they mailed my new glasses to me. I know it is a bit risky since I'm 770 miles away now. I explained to Jacob that Peepers has always been accurate ever since Alex Bennett jumped in awhile back to get
