Worst experience with TIDWELL.
They dont have expert to find the exact issue and provide the correct solution.
They just want to replace everything and try to fix.
I have Spent 1200$ for my 6k value car to repair my AC. they suggested to replace all ac component. i asked/ agreed and paid if this is the only solution, but with 3 days ac is not working again then they saw the car and they want to replace some other parts for 981$. And they refuse to fix the ac issue. Then what is the value for my 1200$ payment which i paid earlier. They dont know the root cause of the issue . Feeling really bad

This place and people are just the best at what they do. Turnaround time is great, work is thorough and pricing is very fair for the work performed.
Got a 2013 Ford F150 and a 2016 Mazda 3, which going forward are only serviced at Tidwell.

I had an excellent services from Tidwell.
I'd never been there before, it was the closest auto center when I couldn't start my car.
When I got there, Elizabeth listened to me patiently and gave me the most earnest explanation. Of course they fixed all the problems.

I brought my car in cuz light was on. Said it had gone over with a fine tooth comb one year ago. Had driven from la to Dallas and car had sat in driveway since then. They said probably an oil change. Sure enough an oil change and I had my car back within -2 hours. Love it!

I got referred to Tidwell auto parts. Since I’ve use them. They have done nothing but, GREAT work. They do not pressure you. They’ll inform you on your vehicle. I’ve been to other places. But, since I’ve started going to this shop. I’m not going to any other shop to get my work done besides Tidwell auto service. They are just fantastic. Thank you. Jacob Stein

People working here are so kind and helpful. The plastic dust cover detached from the bottom of my car after running across a road medium accidentally. I didn’t find out about the damage until halfway en route. I found this place through google maps and they were able to help me fix it immediately. Was expecting at least 100 dollars for the fix but they were so kind to offer the service free of charge. One of the best encounters I’ve had in this city. Thank you so much!!
