The WORST real estate brokerage in south Florida. You submit an offer and there is a 1 in 100 chance they will even confirm receiving it. They hold on to the offer for 10-20 days before submitting to the seller. don't reply to e-mails or calls, give inaccurate info and the broker is a joke too. Just so unprofessional and disrespectful that they should be locked up for all the things they do there.

Do not trust this company. The broker has his real estate associates gather offers, than tells those that made on offer, that the client will accept the highest and best offer, but if someone else comes with a cash offer, your offer is worth nothing. Do not waste you time unless you have all cash to buy property because the broker seems to be only looking for a quick sale, so he can get his commission as soon as possible.

Extremely horrible experience. Was looking to purchase a property. Never got a call back. Very unprofessional service. Would never deal with this real estate company. They are liars and treat their customer very disrespectful. I would suggest taking your business elsewhere.
