Chris was professional from first contact. He thoroughly assessed the job and gave a definitive number. He even reduced it when he realized furniture that was originally on the list was gone. They did a fantastic job and left it very clean. I would use them again and I definitely recommend them.

The previous positive reviews are all true. I only have good things to say, this business checks off on all the boxes: responsive, excellent customer service, and diligent in getting the job done well. I also got multiple quotes from other places and this was the best price and Chris was the most professional of them all. Chris and Mike helped take apart an old piano and various items around the house. They were very helpful and efficient. If I needed help ever again, I'd definitely call them again and would recommend them to anyone!

Great service! I just moved into a new neighborhood and didn’t realize the rules for trash & received a summons unfortunately. We called this company on short notice after an updated delivery date for new furniture delivery. They were available next day and took our couch, some smaller tables, plus our upright piano. We weren't optimistic that they would take the piano after a bad experience with another company, but the gentlemen took their time to plan how they would remove it down our narrow and steep stairs and entryway. Miguel and Mike were extremely professional and true to their word. Will definitely use them again!

Both Chris and Mike are so great to work with. They answered my inquiry immediately and gave me a date fir pick up of shed and yard furniture right away. They keep in contact so you know when they are coming and alert you when they are close to arrival. Mike was quick and efficient with removing everything. He left the area really clean. I can't say enough good things about Chris, Big Al and the JDR team!! They cleaned out my Mom's house as we shifted her to assisted living last December, during the height of Covid. It was an unbelievably stressful and emotional time.
Mom had lived in her 2600 square foot house for almost 50 years, and we were overwhelmed at the thought of cleaning it out ourselves. The JDR team came on time the day of the clean out, and worked tirelessly until the entire house was empty. They were caring, attentive, and thoroughly professional.

I needed to dispose of an old couch set and coffee table on short notice. Junk Done Right responded to my quote request quickly (to be fair, so did a number of other junk removal/disposal services) and offered a reasonable rate. The other service providers I reached out to offered a vague range of potential cost despite my quote request clearly identifying the 4 items I needed removed (IMO, that leaves lots of room for a bait and switch type of scenario).

These guys are great! I have used them multiple times to help clear out my parents house for sale and recently to clean out my basement of funrniture and items we no longer needed that were cluttering up our house. On time, friendly, fair pricing. Definitely recommend, worth every penny to get control over your space in a couple of hours.

The day of the couch removal, the guys coming to removed and dispose of the couch, called me earlier than the scheduled time to confirm they were going to be at my apartment at scheduled time. They were exactly on time. Two guys arrived, paperwork was filled out, and the couch was gone within 15-20 minutes.

This haul away company is very efficient. I filled out a questionnaire on its web site on a Saturday night and a representative got back to be within an hour and made an appointment for the following Monday. At exactly the correct time, two movers arrived, Mike and another pleasant guy. Mike was very friendly with a cheerful can-do attitude which was very nice and made me feel a bit more relaxed. He gave me an estimate and they proceeded to remove rooms of junk. They were both very polite and respectful. When they finished in the prescribed time, because I have trouble walking and going up stairs

(one of the three elevators was out of service which made the elevator
supposed to be dedicated to freight use only, available to tenants and visitors. This slowed down removal of items from the apartment), the
