Very professional and reasonably priced. The wind up-ended our Pergola, the metal frame was extremely heavy and difficult to disassemble and remove on my own. Once I submitted an inquiry on their website I received a call and a quote almost immediately. They arrived within the allotted window and worked diligently and quickly to remove the item. I will definitely be calling them again for all my Junk removal needs.

They were reliable, nice, professional and careful of not damaging anything in house. One item was a couch on a second floor and there were some fragile items close to it. They were great. And they were very reasonably priced. I highly recommend and have done so already!

VanGo was very responsive and thorough. They cleaned out a garage space as well as demolished and removed an old shed. They are very responsive and easy to get in touch with.
Can’t compare their prices since I did t get a lot of other quotes but that being said I was very satisfied with the results and timeliness.
They answer inquiries quickly, come when they say they are going to come, and do a thorough job. What more can you ask for?

The crew at Van Go arrived exactly on time . They are ready to work and work they do. No nonsense, the workers just get down to what they need to do. They evaluated the removal items and gave me a quote. The quote did slightly go up after they started. I was worried about wood floors and painted walls but no damage. The heavy bulky furniture needed to be carried up a flight of stairs and they made it look effortless.

Travis and his team are the best! They were a critical part of helping my sister and I empty out my mom's house of 40 years. We worked with Travis and his team 4 times over a period of 6 months to haul out items big and small from bags upon bags of trash, to mattresses, bed frames, china cabinets, and even a piano. I live out of state and was handling the downsizing of my mom's house as we prepared to sell it in spurts. I even coordinated with Travis to pick up items we'd leave outside or around back for the crew to take if we made more progress on the house than we expected.

We used VanGo today to remove lots of old furniture from our mom's house. We had booked a different company for Saturday who just did not show up or respond to calls, so I called VanGo. Travis answered right away and made it super easy to schedule an appointment and also made me feel reassured that he wouldn't leave us in the lurch like the other company - and he didn't. They are the absolute Best! in addition to a couch, kitchen table, etc. we had the inside of a piano that we inherited with our house 44 years ago.
It was so big and so heavy we did not know how we would ever be able
to get rid of it for the new owners of our house. Travis and his crew had it out the door and in his truck in about 10-15 minutes. We highly recommend them- look no further.

My husband is a repurposer, everything has a future use. So you can imagine the piles of debris that had been hanging around our yard since we dormered 2 years ago. I had to do some emergency basement clearing around Christmas and they were able to squeeze me in with very little notice.
The estimate was fair and not only did they stick with it but they didn't try to gouge me when I added a bunch more stuff at the last minute (I got into the spirit of tossing so I figured I'd clear out some of the garage while I was at it. Both guys were both a pleasure to deal with and very careful not to damage the floors and walls while carrying the heavier pieces out of the house.
I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again when I finally attack
