Disappointing. They grossly underestimated our needs and we ended up paying almost twice what they quoted due to overtime etc. One day later my neighbor called. She used Relocators because we told her we booked them. They did the same thing to her. Quoted a price and day of the move told her it would cost twice as much as quoted!

I just used Relocators for my move to Florida! They made an extremely stressful situation so much easier for me. Connor who was my representative was amazing, I was so nervous, and extremely stressed out making this huge move with my son! He was so amazing with me! I highly recommend Relocators! I called last minute to have some large items moved from Roslyn to Deer Park. The movers arrived early, carefully packed, wrapped and loaded everything in just an hour and a half and even took some things to the curb for me for sanitation to pickup. We used Relocators for a two-part move for my elderly parents. The first stage involved cleaning out their home with half of their furniture and items being donated, and the other half stored in short-term storage. The second stage involved moving their belongings out of storage, and transporting and unloading everything in their new home in another state. This company is the best moving company I’ve ever used. They were kind and responsive to my needs, they’re wasn’t anything left undone. We had to have some things disposed of, some went into storage, and the rest was transported to our new home 4 hours away. Wrapped packaged and delivered my items with care. This is the 2nd time I have used Relocators, once for a residence, this time for an office. Rob came referred from a good friend in 2013 and he was professional and fair in pricing. His staff was diligent, careful and expedient, going above and beyond in both moves. Julio and three others moved my residence in 2013 and Luis and Tony moved my office a few days ago. Our company offices were flooded at the end of April 2020 so we used Relocators to move us to another floor in the building. Julio and his team were quick, professional, caring and super efficient.
Nine months later we were thrilled to have the same team to move us back to our regular offices. Again I can’t compliment Julio and the team enough for the way they handled our move making sure we were happy with where they put things and helping us actually unpack some of our boxes when they were done with actual moving and reassembling furniture perfectly. BE VERY CREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY. VERY SLEZZY. This past Thursday on 3/26/20 I was sitting in my pick up truck in Manhattan. One of their moving man left a piece of furniture and a metal shelf on a dolly on the sidewalk and moved away. The dolly with the furniture rolled over to my truck and damaged the door. I talked to the Workman who left the furniture on the dolly and asked for his name. He refused to give me his name and gave me a number of his company. Can't speak to their service but can to their business model for estimations. How can they accurately assess the amount of items by looking at pictures of a home which has been de-cluttered and staged for sale? Thought it was weird for her to pull up realtor's photos. The pics showed the Main living areas, NOT the basement, attic, garage or shed which are filled with all kinds of items. First question from " Cathy"...do you think you have 5000 items?

This was truly a unique experience!
I have moved many times in my 70+ years, from the NE to the SW and back to the NE & then to the South. I have never experienced such a move as this. These "guys" are really good!
Our move was very complicated. This caused us to be even more stressed than usual. It involved several stops, picking up stuff at our place in Nassau, delivering some items out east, then delivering to our place in Florida, and then a few items to another address near us in FL. AND, it also involved a Cleanout!

Contacted Ray the night before I needed to move an entire house the next day, which was the 1st of the month. They squeezed us in, had 2 guys show up first thing in the morning to finish my packing, wrap ALL my furniture, then 3 more guys showed up with another truck to wrap up my move. They worked all day and night, literally, not done until 2 am, then came back the next day to finish unwrapping my furniture and move things to were I wanted them. I can't say enough good things about Relocators! I would recommend to anyone and if I ever have to move again they will be my first call.

I recently moved and was a bit anxious regarding the whole process having heard some horror stories. However Relocators were amazing!! The staff had excellent attitudes during the move, and didn't want me to lift a finger. They finished within reason of the original time estimate. And even cleaned up before they left, and stacked all of my boxes neatly and efficiently! The team was great and they did a fantastic job, I would use again and recommend.

We used Relocators for our move back into our home after our home was raised from Super Storm Sandy. They were great to work with. They were on time and nothing was a problem for them, even moving our washer and dryer. While moving is never a "fun" experience, Relocators made it so easy. As a Realtor and Relocation Specialist you can imagine that I have many homes that need clear-out's; from properties with a few items left behind by a seller who moved out of state to a house filled with "stuff".
I had a listing on the North Shore that needed to be cleared out. I got a few estimates and Relocators was BY FAR the most reasonably priced company. This is one instance where "you get what you pay for" does not apply. They are a stellar company for a great price.

I can't rave enough about this company. I am totally satisfied with their service. They were contracted to empty the contents of my parents home to prepare for a sale; the home consisted of a first floor, second floor, basement, garage and yard- totally packed. My parents lived in this home for over 60 years and were collectors- garage sale affectionados. Arriving on time as arranged all of the workers were pleasant and introduced themselves by first name- there were 7 - 8 workers. They worked for 8 hours. Robert came to my huge house, gave me a price, and said "you dont have to worry about a thing, I will take care of everything for you" I hired him on the spot, and boy am I happy I did. He is reachable all the time, his men showed up, cleaned out my house, swept, vacuumed, cleaned OMG I didnt recognize the place, it was gorgeous and EASILY passed inspection. My buyers were thrilled as well. Months later I had to contact him for some forms, as is his usual practice, he was easily reachable and immediately sent me what I needed.
