The Property Manager, Miss Gina Hooten, would not give me a letter to have an Internet dish installed thus leaving me without any Internet after promising it to me before my move in date. Miss Hooten suffers from EXTREME control issues and in my opinion should be on medication for her bad behavior towards the tenants at Vista Sunrise Apts.She called the police on me due to her own paranoid delusions from me doing "art therapy" (Which I taught at the Desert AIDS Project) about my 2 month experience from the WORST property I have EVER rented in my 40 years as a renter.
