My ac whent out took them 4days to fix it and I have a child...you have to spray they have roach problems in some of the units...the only thing good is the rent is cheap for palm springs ...some of my friends was fighting out side MY apartment I called the police to make them leave and I got a 60day notice I was calling arenda for almost 2weeks be for she called me back and when she did call back she was very rude! But I seen a guy run into the front gate of the apartments and he still live in the apartments I just dont think thats fair....and the office mgr kylma gosip and will tell all your business

I agree with Mario Lopez, I just want to let's all new renters to know that Palm Springs View Apartments is the BEST apartment I ever rent. I've been renting apartment for most of my life I'm glad that I found PSVA that I can call my home.
The rental office staffs and their handy crews are the BEST they cares and understanding AND they're good at what they do. The property owner hired the BEST people!
I'm so happy that I found this home.

I just went to see the View apartments moving from the Orange County area! Met the manager I highly doubt that she didn't take your concern serious as she is very friendly conscientious & accommodating to peoples needs! I looked at a 2 bedroom loved the floor plan, the views & washer dryer bonus! I just knew it would be a good place to call home! Marie as I am sorry you believe your having such a hard time! However it is an apartment you should have known that apt living is what it is!
