Please inform us if you are using any retinols, glycolics, anti-aging products, or antibiotics such as Accutane, Retin-A, or Tetracycline that might affect skin sensitivity. Parental consent is required for all waxing services performed on clients under the age of 18. Must be over 18, regardless, for Brazilian Bikini waxing.
Microdermabrasion is a wonderful way to treat skin conditions like acne, fine lines, dark spots, large pores, and scarring. How have I not reviewed Ritual yet?! I've been going here for over 2.5 years and have never needed anywhere else. I get facials here all the time Ashley and Amealia are amazing. Ive gotten waxes and plenty of massages from almost all the therapists and they are amazing! Even Taylor who runs the admin side is great. I honestly feel so welcomed, wanted, and never rushed every time I am there (which is really often if I am honest). I cannot recommend ritual enough!

Just called today to look for appointment since were just new, she asked for few questions and the girl on the phone seems no patience at all. She ask for a credit card to put on file & as i was getting it she hang up on me. Not going there anymore. Replying to your message yes I am getting the credit card from my friend not my husband. And so i'm a liar then.

This was my first but can guarantee not my last time at the ritual day spa! i treated myself to an amazing prenatal massage for my birthday. the atmosphere and check in process was fantastic. my massage was done by Michelle. Michelle was awesome! she knew just the right pressure and found trouble areas that i wasn't even aware of until she started working her magic. this was without a doubt the fastest 90 minutes of my life! i cannot wait to schedule my next appointment and have already begun recommending friends and family to them!

This was my first and definitely not my last time at the ritual day spa! i treated myself to an amazing prenatal massage done by Michelle. The atmosphere was extremely pleasing. they play soft rock music (but have an option that is more common at most spas) which i absolutely loved. Michelle was absolutely incredible! she knows just the right pressure, not too soft and not too hard. I really liked how she let me know that there was 5 more minutes left in the massage and if there was a specific spot i'd like her to focus on. i will definitely be back and will be recommending people to come

I would highly recommend this place especially for facials. I’ve finally found a solution for adult acne after trying everything else possible (prescriptions included). In everything I’ve tried I’ve never had someone confidently say they were going to fix my problems until coming here. Over the last few months my skin has greatly improved with regular facials and their products. Erin and the rest of the staff are seriously the best. I always look forward to the relaxing visit.

Bought my husband a massage as a gift and he absolutely loved it. I have only heard good things about the services here, and would definitely recommend!
Be sure to plan on arriving early as, depending on which day and time parking can be tricky.
Downtown Campbell is also just a wonderful area in general, so definitely walk around and enjoy the area afterwards if you can :)

Amealia did wonders for my back during my massage.
I admit, I was terrified to come in. Everyone talks about going to the spa as their one way to relax, but I was having anxiety just thinking about coming because I had signed up for a deep tissue massage for the first time. It was my bad for going on Google and reading up on horror stories of the pain and agony people would undergo to feel back relief.
Amealia was the kindest and sweetest person. She heard my concerns out and my worries and made sure to address them. She customized the massage to target my areas of concern and constantly checked

Four stars for a great massage by Amealia. Thanks to my daughters generous gift my wife and I had a fabulous couples massage.
Amealia got rid of those knots in my shoulders,,,such a relief. She had the perfect touch to dig deep where needed and to be gentle and soothing when needed. She's obviously an experienced massage therapist. I'll definitely request her for my next massage!

My husband and I had a couples massage from last year's Christmas gift from the kids. My masseuse was Chris. He was great! He was gentle and soft spoken, but got the kinks out of my shoulders. I chose the relaxation aromatherapy and it really made me calm.
The floors appear to be rustic laminated wood planks. The door was a sliding barn door which leads to the hallway which matched the floor. It was such a nice calming front of the spa. The lights were rather different from the usual light fixtures glass chandelier.

Started seeing Courtney for massage, and have had a really good experience. She is great--consistent, nice flow, and the right amount of pressure, where it's enjoyable but I still feel like I'm doing my body some good. She talks to you about where your issues are (for me, lower back), and you can tell she knows what she's doing. Happy enough with the experience that I've been scheduling monthly visits for a few months now. Happy to have found someone that makes a regular visit worthwhile.

Ritual Day Spa is outstanding! The spa is beautiful, clean, and a fun experience. The staff were friendly and informative, helping me book a follow up appointment after my session and working with my difficult schedule. The spa is nothing like you have experienced before, you leave feeling refreshed and amazing. My skin was not irritated or red after the session so I could run errands without big sunglasses hiding my eyebrows. Highly recommend Ritual!
