Same day cancellations, reschedule or no-show will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price (for voucher appointments the full value of the voucher will be redeemed). Credit cards are required for appointments and if appointments are not cancelled within the designated time, your account will be charged in full.

High prices don’t match the experience. My first time I went there were dirty towels and cleaning products in the bathroom. Second time I went they told me they wouldn’t take my Groupon(that was not refundable) but would price match my Groupon. Then proceeded to not fully price match my Groupon. The girl let me walk out over $7. Bad business. Only good thing to say was the one technician I saw for my lashes did a great job and was very friendly.

We get the best service here. I absolutely love this spa. Best staff and they even stayed partially open during covid which was so difficult at the time. Please support your local business here in Santana Row. With social restrictions lifted let's get back to pampering ourselves. We will be back soon!!
