Services
We believe that eating isn't just about feeding your body, it's about nourishing your soul, too. And life is way too short for mediocre. We strive to satisfy your entire being with each and every pie. Crispy, savory, sweet, juicy, wholesome pizza is what we do best, although some would argue that the beer is our strong suit.

I came to town for the Christmas holiday. I felt like I was in a culinary wasteland- until my visit to Dodge City Brewing.
I am an IPA snob- and their IPA is perfectly balanced with bitterness, pineyness and flavor.
We tried the pizza -And it was absolutely amazing! I always leave the 'bones' behind- but their crust was so delicious, flavorful and the right amount of chew. Sauce was perfect and not overpowering- great flavor!
The crew were so friendly and helpful.
I enjoyed my conversation with Sheri- one of the owners- kind, caring, funny and helpful!! She and I connected with family

If good pizza and craft beer are your thing, then this is where you want to go. While there are no options for folks who don't stray from Busch Lite, the beers we had were excellent. The red sauce on the pizzas really made them stand out. 3 televisions available to watch sports, etc. Staff very nice and facility clean.

Good stop in Dodge City. Pizza and beer is all you get but that's really all you need right..!
Pizza was great, good sauce, not some canned/ jarred stuff...ingredients were fresh. Again not canned. Lots of sausage. Crust was excellent.
Nice selection of beer. Service was good..no complaints at all. Wish we had come here a few days ago...definitely would go back.

The beer is really good. Their flagship cream ale is light and smooth, but they show a great deal of skill across a wide spectrum of beer styles. It is certainly impressive - on the day of this review they had a Belgian Tripel, English Bitter, Baltic Porter, and an Imperial Bock on tap - which is an impressive variety for any brewery.
Their pizza, though, may be the best in Kansas. I'm from the KC area and my wife has to hear me lament the lack of 'good' pizza in the area on a regular basis. I tell you, if it wasn't a 5-hour drive I would basically only eat pizza from here. Dough has good flavor

Fantastic find in Dodge City. Great beer and excellent pizzas. Service was friendly, fun, and on time. Contrary to a couple of previous reviews on here we found all the people here to be very friendly especially and including the lady with "short gray hair ". We definitely would recommend this place to everyone.

Craft beer with delicious pizza, this place is a must.
The cheese pizza was outstanding, the sausage was great and the pepperoni was good. Just wish there were more pepperoni. We ordered way too much, but the pizza warmed up great.
I tried a flight of beer and really enjoyed the bier. Prepare yourself for heavy flavors with with the food or drink.

I visited a couple months ago and enjoyed it. I don't drink so I can't say anything on if their beer is decent but the pizza was good, staff was nice and it was good to visit my home town and see a restaurant like this. Also it's clean and open with a light, friendly atmosphere. They have outdoor seating but inside wasn't crowded and tables were spaced appropriately given everything right now. I felt very at ease here. Hopefully it stays around and does well. I have seen a lot of restaurants come and go growing up and some that just slowly go downhill so I really hope the next

Same comment as below -- unfriendly lady with short gray hair, who has to be the same person. We had a large group who all needed to sit together, and she scolded us for pushing tables together after we asked the host if it was okay to do so. She said, "Do you go to people's houses and start moving furniture around as well?".... When we told her we had been given permission by the host, she asked if we'd jump off a cliff if the host told us we could. First time here -- tasteless comments to go along with tasteless pizza. Forgot 1 of our pizzas and side orders of ranch acted

Nice brewery, great beer, excellent pizza. Could add some plants or umbrellas or something outside, to warm the atmosphere a little bit, distract from the metal bench seating, outdoors. During COVID, outdoor dining a must, so, make it a little more appealing, maybe? But definitely return, if in area again.

This review is based on what I thought about the quality of the pizza. I honestly wasn't impressed. It was bland. I didn't get the wow factor. I ordered, "a pizza with no name." Price was good. Size of pizza was great. But I'm looking for that taste that is gonna have me coming back time and time again. The atmosphere of the restaurant seemed inviting and fun. I've been to several establishments. Some of these places were not lookin to good on the inside or outside. But the pizza was on point. Flavor bangers is what I like and I think others do too. Might go back

I flew 7 hours on a Sunday just yo be able to be in Kansas to watch the Chiefs play. I walked in and found football (sF vs NO) on the TV but the radio was blasting. When asked, the owner stated they don't turn up the TV volumes during games. There were maybe ten people in the the establishment and alk were watching the game. Since I did not know what else was opened, I stayed and ordered a Pizza and their Cerveza. Both were exceptional but as the game started, two couples left as they had come in for the same reason - to enjoy good food, adult beverages and The Chiefs. Despite the establishment

There is not much in Dodge City so to find that there is a craft brewery in the area was a very pleasant surprise. In fact, Dodge City Brewing is the first craft brewery in southwest Kansas. The tap list has multiple different styles of beers. I got a flight of six and enjoyed all of the beers that I tried. Each was refreshing and flavorful, and my favorites were the Uncle Johnny's Cream Ale and Tenderfoot Pineapple Sour. Paired with my beer was the cowboy pizza. The pizza dough and sauce are both made in-house and cooked in a brick oven. The pizza is decent, and it can never go wrong with
