This experience was better than the other two times we've been. The food is definitely subpar from overcooked sides to dry burgers to "meh" main dishes. This seems to be consistent. No one who has ordered mixed drinks has been happy with them.
BUT THIS TIME the server was attentive and kind. She had a great memory for what our drinks were, remembered extras added to our orders, knew who had which salad dressing, etc.
I would never recommend anyone to eat here but I wouldn't tell them absolutely not to either.

Used to be great… Been here many times, visited them every time I was passing thru KS. But it’s the second time (in a row) that I did not like it and probably the last.
Today my steak (Cowboy size Rib Eye) tasted like it had been precooked and then was put on a grill after I placed my order…Also, the French fries looked and tasted stale, steamed broccoli was inedible.
The quality of the food has gone down drastically and this steak was not worth $41,28

The ribeye steak was very good and cooked medium rare perfectly. I was a little disappointed in the Rocky Mountain Oysters. They were overdone and almost black on the edges. I did not care for the corn either, however I have gotten used to sweet corn that we put up. Probably should not order corn out. I did really like the atmosphere. The waitress forgot to bring my salad until I reminded her when she brought my steak. Ordered the house ranch that someone had raved about in a review. I could not tell any difference in std ranch. I have ordered the hamburger steak and was really good! My partner's steak (rib eye) was very good too.
My partner was disappointed that the ribs were not available. It could have been advised right away about what food is unavailable.
One last, i know it is a Saturday night, i normally have long patience, but the food was served after quite some time.
I wish this can be improved!
