Amazing Breads & Cakes LLC is a small, family owned and operated bakery. We use traditional methods to create whole grain naturally leavened breads, and pastries using organic flour and natural ingredients locally sourced. At Amazing Breads & Cakes LLC we craft our breads using carefully selected ingredients following the traditional methods of bread baking passed on from our Polish great grandparents.
Remembering our grandmothers bread, how it was just delicious; using wholesome flour, which came from grains that were grown, harvested and milled by our grandfather. Memories of the taste, where simple ingredients brought together in the dough, allowed to rest and develop unforgettable flavor, resting in the baskets, than baked in the wood fired brick oven.

This Polish bakery is to die for!! Everything I have tried is delicious! They make pastries, cookies, quiche, soups, fresh bread, cakes, and much more. Everything is 100% organic and fresh. Definitely worth the trip. Just wish they opened earlier in the morning to stop by before work. The coffee is amazing, too, so good. They have a wide variety of drinks. From the moment you walk in, you know you hit a gem.

Stopped in quickly after looking for nearby bakeries, was so pleasantly surprised, they are a true gem! I got a spinach and cheese croissant that was so fresh and delicious, and a big heart cookie with raspberry filling that was not overly sweet, just the way I like it. All of their ingredients must be so fresh and natural, you can really taste it. I'll be back for sure.

Great little bakery with good savory pastry options which is hard to find sometimes at other bakeries. love that they make their own bread and sell loaves like an old world European bakery. Pretty good sandwiches as well. The only downside is they open at 8 am. Selfishly, I wish they opened earlier and on Mondays bc I am usually in the area earlier.

Adorable family-owned bakery with delicious food! We got the turkey panini, sweet cheese bun, apple tart, toast with almonds and raspberry jam, and a chocolate croissant. All of them were incredible. We’re heading back shortly to get a sourdough.
The pesto on the turkey panini was in the top three best I’ve ever had. Wow. Felt like I stepped in Paris.

Been here couple times in the past year. My first experience was just grabbing some breakfast, which I had the Spinach and Tomato Souffle -so good I had 2. Then brought some sour dough bread and some bread crumbs for baking home -wife demanded I get more. 2nd time in, I brought my kids and grabbed some Paczki's and of course, more bread crumbs and while I meant to grab more of the Sourdough bread(because it was on point), I unfortunately lost to others that bought it up right in front of me. I was steered into Country bread as they mentioned it had sourdough strains in it and I have to say I wasn

We had a Gluten Free, Strawberry-Whipped cream cake made and it was outstanding! Better than ANY Gluten-free (and regular!!!) cake I’ve ever had! The strawberries literally tasted like they had just been picked… and everything tasted so fresh and natural!!! No one could tell the difference- in fact: everyone agreed that it was the best they’ve had as well! Thank you so much for preparing such a perfect cake! I can not recommend Amazing Breads and Cakes enough!!!!
