Definitely do NOT recommend. The managers are not able to manage as we can do no right by the Regional Director. Everything we say or do is corrected, micromanaged, or responded with immature sarcasm. Managers are not appreciated nor treated professionally by Regional Director and nursing management. There is no staff and we are criticized for everything we do. The owner allows this behavior and doesn't address concerns.

Horrible company to work for! Corporate management micromanages everything that you do and is completely sarcastic and rude! The regional director is like a tyrant and is very hard to work for. The corporate office will even contact a new company that you are working for to give you a bad reference - how childish!!

I was in Andover Village for 2 months, staff was friendly and very professional treatment in all areas; medical, physical therapy and especially respiratory therapy. I had a very pleasant stay. I would truly have to take my hat off to Ron, Respiratory Therapist. Good job!

I have had other experiences with short/long term rehab facilities that have not been very pleasant, to say the least. I came to Andover Village not knowing what to expect, but I was very anxious and full of dread. I could not have been more surprised when, from the moment I arrived, I was treated like family. I received wonderful care. Every need was met. I am glad to be going home, but sad to leave here. I will be back to visit often and also to volunteer. Thank you all so much

The place is very clean, the nursing staff and nursing assistants were all nice and helpful. Respiratory rehab and social worker were also the best. I was very happy I was able to be here for my care. Activity Director also helped me when she didn't have to do things outside her activities. Although the kitchen staff were attentive, the food was less desiring. That could be because of my own diet, but I was expecting better quality. Same things over and over. But overall a great place!

I went there for in house rehab after having back surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. The rehab dept is contracted out and has nothing to do with the facility.
The staff from the nursing home was terrible. There were only a few , and I mean a few nurses and aides that were caring and polite.
But the rest of them were very rude, mean thought they knew it all. I could not get out of bed without help to go to bathroom it would take at times 20-30 min to get a response. That’s unacceptable in my book.
They could not answer the call button, but you could hear them in hall talking on their cell phones

I would like to thank everyone for all of their help. Nurses were excellent. Patient care was outstanding, and they kept the facility very clean! Activities were fun and often. I think that they are the reason for my quick recovery. The Physical Therapy people that they have helping me were nice and excellent. Thank you!

I've been in and out of Andover Village several times for therapy. The staff are great, my room is clean and they always welcome me back. If, I ever need long term care this place will be like my 2nd family.
