Services
1950s -- Concerned citizens and members of area Rotary Clubs recognized the need for a specialized facility to provide rehabilitation for the community's children. 1957 -- They founded the Halsey W. Taylor Rehabilitation Center. Originally located in a small home on Laird Avenue, near Trumbull Memorial Hospital, in Warren, the Center quickly grew.
Physical Therapy - Physical Therapy uses special techniques and equipment to promote movement and independence. Occupational Therapy - Occupational Therapy promotes skills for learning, self-care and play. Speech/Language Therapy - Speech/Language Therapy helps children develop language and communication skills.
