Ark was not taking any calls and I thought it was time to go back to Martinsburg Animal Hospital but even though I'm not new on file there, to be fair it's been some time since I've taken my pet there not because of them but because I had moved so close to another vet. Still the first appointment was over a month away so I decided to go to another vet all the way in Hagerstown that got me in from a canceled appointment the very next day. Giving MA Hospital 4 stars for effort and pointing me in the right direction.

I have gone to this vet for 15 years. But recently I went concerning my dog having problems urinating. He gave my dog antibiotics twice without providing urinalysis. I asked for the test the second time but the tech stated they don't do that because it is expensive. It is at most $100 bucks. An Urinary tract infection in dogs is tricky to treat and every professional vet journal states it is dangerous and bad practice to do so. He also provides the medication without any instructions, like don't take with dairy or with food. I had to look up the medication to find that information. My dog is worse
