Emerald Apartments

The entire staff is tremendously friendly & helpful. Every maintenance issue has been addressed next to immediately. Application process was as painless as it could be. If the location works for you, definitely come check out Emerald Apartments!

Although I've only moved here recently, my experience so far has been a positive one. Especially in dealing with the ladies in the office during the move-in process. We worked primarily with Lori who was GREAT she helped us every step of the way in securing our unit and made it a pleasant experience.

The staff is amazing. Thank you Lori. They go out of their way to accommodate you even through this covid pandemic. The ground are kept clean. They are quick to address any issues you may have. Pet friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice quiet place to live.

I happily lived at Emerald for a few years. Jolene was always so helpful with anything I needed! My apartment was so cozy and warm! When a kitchen upgrade became available I took Jolene up on the offer immediately! Everything was taken care of so quickly. Emerald was one of my favorite places to live! I only love because I was getting married and we bought a house. Otherwise I’m sure I’d still be there!

My mother lived in Emerald Apartments for a few years and we had no problems. Jolene was always helpful with my mother. Now I am moving into an apartment there. Jolene has been amazing helping me with the entire process. She is always there to answer any questions. The apartment was also very clean.

I live in Emerald Apartments and just love it here. Its very clean when I moved into my apartment Betsy and Jolene were very helpful and sweet. They told me before moving in to go and check the apartment to make sure it was good and if there was anything wrong just to inform them. Betsy and Jolene are sweethearts and they strive to always make sure the tenants are happy. Thank you ladies for all the hard work you do :)

I could not be more pleased with all the help and effort put forth by Jolene and Betsy, the management specialists, who helped me get into my apartment at Emerald. They went above and beyond my standard expectations in assisting me with the completing the intake process and coordinating the many organizations that were helping me with my housing. I will always be grateful to them and look forward to living at Emerald Apartments.

I have lived in two of these apartments for a total of 12 years. Jolene is very sweet, and will find you what you need. There is free parking and you are very close to shopping. There are roads in every direction for easy access to four compass points. The apartments are classic and quaint and well maintained. The style is colonial in style and the lawns and bushes are well kept.

I looked at this property for a family member moving from out of state - it was everything she needed! The grounds are well kept and everyone I met was friendly and welcoming. Shopping is within walking distance as well as restaurants, public transportation, and quick access to the parkway. The office staff was top notch - Jolene was patient and went out of her way to make the entire process simple. I highly recommend stopping by and seeing what they have to offer.

As always when I need maintenance, the complex was super responsive and had someone out quickly. Not only did John A repair what I needed quickly, he also left my apartment clean and neat when he was done. The maintenance department here is seriously the best. I never have to worry that they won't be responsive or complete a repair correctly. John is super respectful and always has a kind word, always makes me feel like I'm not being a pain in the a** for needing repair work, and really is just a great guy to be around.
