Terrace View Apartments

We lived at Terrace View for close to two years. Whenever someone moved out, maintenance and contractors would swoop in and, if needed, update and make renovations before it was rented out again. I think this was always the clear sign that there was an invested interest in the prosperity of the properties.
Many of the reviews mention Betsy and Randy by name, and that's because they were always a helpful presence. Randy took pride in the condition of the apartments (inside and out) and Betsy was genuinely devoted to the occupants.

Terrace view is a great place to live. I feel safe. My building in particular is great. I'm very happy to be where I am. Betsy in the leasing office is great. She looks out for you and always does what she can to help resolve any issue. Randy in maintenance is great too. Very quick to respond and reliable. I can see myself there long-term.

Terrace View has been a great living experience and after being there for 3 years I only have good things to say. Betsy the leasing manager was always very helpful and friendly. Anytime if something had to be fixed, the maintenance guy Randy was always right there in a timely manner. Apartments are in good condition and very comfortable. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for an ideal location and good living setup.

As a first time apartment renter, and a disabled vet, I can say that Terrace views has put a lot of my stress at ease. Betsy in the office is sweetheart, who worked with me and my assistance program to get me housed. Since living here, I can say that things feel comfortable. The apartments are nice, the complex is cozy, and Randy, the maintenance director is super quick with response time.
There are a couple things Terrace views could do better. It would be pretty nice if each building had its own laundry room, instead of certain buildings on the grounds. Also, depending on which building you

I have been living here for over 20 years!! I have no complaints about our apartment complex at all! Jolene and Betsy are amazing managers and go beyond their means to help me!!!! Randy the maintenance guy is also amazing, very skilled in his trade! Anytime I need something taken care of he's on top of it and gets it done quickly!!!!! The property is very well maintained and I would recommend living here to anyone looking for a quiet place to call home!!

I've lived here since December 2017, and have loved my time. Betsy (the landlord) has been wonderful with her communication, willingness to help, and positive attitude. Randy, the main maintenance guy, is always very helpful as well. I'll be moving due to work, but I cannot recommend this complex more!

Actually a 4.5, but I don't know how to achieve that score. :) Was pleasantly surprised when I first came to the complex. At the time people were storing EVERYTHING on their patio which made the place look sketchy. However the interiors were great. Everything is freshly painted when you move in, new appliances, new carpet, the works. The patios are also awesome. Best part of the place though is the great (on-site) management office. Call Betsy and whatever needs fixing is done within a day at the latest. My living room AC went out my first summer and i called Betsy. I got home from work that day

I lived at Terrace View Apartments for just over 12 years. I started out in a 1 bedroom then moved to a 2 bedroom. I really loved living here! I only moved due to a job relocation.
Betsy and Jolene are great. So easy to deal and communicate with. They always were quick to respond to any issues that arose.
Randy in Maintenance was always quick to respond to work orders. Anytime I would see him out on the grounds he would go out of his way to talk to you.
I would highly recommend making Terrace View your home.

This review is about Betsy, she has been AMAZING during our entire moving process!!! She has made this transition so smooth for our family and has went above and beyond to accommodate for us. She is so friendly and a really nice person overall. If it weren’t for her, we would not have been given this wonderful opportunity to move to this apartment. We appreciate all she has done for us! Betsy & Jolene are the nicest. I haven't moved in yet but I know I'm going to love it here. Seems nice and quiet. Betsy is an absolute sweetheart she has been so understanding and patient with me, I can't thank her enough!! Great location ,ample closet space, lots of doggies. 🙋✍️😀🐆♥️

I've been living here since the Summer of 2013, and can honestly say without question, it's been one great year after another! It's just a great place to be in. Very quiet and I feel safe there. As for the staff, Jolene has been great since day one! She got the ball rolling and basically rolled out the red carpet for me. Made me feel right at home. Betsy is also TOP NOTCH!
