My sister and I met with Angela for a tour of Silverwoods.The clubhouse and grounds are clean. Angela was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Angela truly cares for everyone living there and goes the extra mile to make everything a smooth process. My sister is looking forward to moving there.

I visited Silverwoods for a new place for my father. It quickly became apparent that everyone here enjoys it and the staff treats everyone like family . Angela went out of her way to answer every question and was very accommodating. She even stayed late to let me see the apartment one evening. Anna provided a wealth of information about the nursing service. We attended the lunch and the food was very good. Overall this seems like a great new home for my father that will provide safety, comfort and a home that makes him feels welcome.

We will be moving into Silverwoods in October and Angela was more than helpful keeping in mind visiting from Saint Louis these days is near impossible. Angela did a live tour answered every single of the hundreds of questions we had with grace and a smile. After our virtual tour I dubbed her tech savvy as she guided me through the process. That is coming from a retired Broadcast Engineer.

Angela Viviani, Marketing Director, made me feel welcome with her pleasant smile. She guided me through the application process quickly and efficiently. She not only waited for me after hours but took her time to show me, not only the model apartment I thought I wanted, but a larger apartment when I changed my mind. It was Ms. Viviani’s birthday and she shared her delicious, white chocolate covered strawberries with me. She then showed me the actual building that the apartment would be located. She even made sure I knew how to get home. Who could ask for more!

I moved into an "Apartment" in Silverwoods almost 2 years ago with my son and my sister!! We LOVE it!! The apt is actually a small house that is barely connected to the next!! Management is excellent, peaceful & quiet, ample parking, free terrific laundry!! We have a 2 BR, 2 bath, rooms are big, plenty of windows, high ceilings, front porch AND enclosed porch also!!! Nice neighbors!! This is a 55+ community but you're allowed to have one over 20 year old child live with you!!! So convenient right on Rt 37, but we are tucked into a lovely wooded area so NO Traffic, beautiful surroundings!! You have

My father in law has lived at Silverwoods for the last 2 years, he is very happy with the services he receives. The Dining room is always cheerful with good food and company. He attends many of the activities offered as well as going on the various trips offered through out the year. This past weekend the staff at Silverwoods welcomed he residents and their families to a wonderful and festive Holiday Dinner with live music. The main course was either Prime Rib or Stuffed Flounder with creamy cheesecake for dessert. Our family had a great time as we do every year. We want to say A big Thank You

My grandmother has been a resident of Silverwood so for many years. I'd like to thank the maintenance staff for keeping the ground neat and safe. Even during snow storms they keep the sidewalks and roads clear. I feel like my grandmother is in good hands and I am comfortable with her living alone knowing people are there to take care of any repairs and up keep of her apartment. It's a great place to live.

My Mom has lived at Silverwoods for the past 3 years and couldn't be happier with her beautiful apartment, lovely grounds and most importantly the best staff who keep an eye out for her, while ensuring her independence. From the bus trips to AC, to the exercise classes, to bible study, to dinner at the clubhouse every day....at 96 she is still able to live on her own and enjoy Life every day.

I have been living at Silverwoods for four years. I am a transplant from The Bronx NY. The two bedroom apartment I rent is larger than the place I lived in NY with more space and amenities. The country living here i so relaxing This community offers many services for you to choose. The area has many stores and restaurants Parking is never a problem. The grounds in Silverwoods are maintained by a very professional landscaping company .they do everything .the place is beautiful with flowers and in winter the snow is removed in a timely fashion. there is a maintenance available to solve any problem
