General home inspections provide a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property. The inspection is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components that are both observed and deemed material by the home inspector. The scope of work may be modified by the Client and Inspector prior to the inspection process.

You can choose an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector to inspect your home first, which may prompt the buyer to waive his own inspection contingency. And even if he doesn't, a Seller Inspection means you won't be in for any surprises. You can schedule your inspection at your own convenience, rather than accommodate a buyer and his inspector.
Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that is tasteless, odorless, and colorless. It comes from the radioactive decay (breakdown) of radium, which comes from the radioactive decay of uranium, both of which are found in at least trace amounts in almost any kind of soil or rock. Yes, radon is a Class A carcinogen, which means it is known to cause cancer in humans.
A walk-through is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property. A guaranteed two to three hours will be available to walk the property with you analyzing and discussing repairs, maintenance, and other issues readily observed. Walk-throughs are a great way of gaining additional knowledge as to quality of the home you are thinking about purchasing without having to start the home buying process.

Seth inspected the home we are about to buy. The home was built in the 1920s and is a fixer upper so we felt a thorough inspection was of upmost importance! Seth is an excellent choice for home inspections! He is very thorough, and checks all of the hard to reach places (crawl space, attic, etc). Seth was awesome. I'm buying a home while living in another state, so I wanted to find a company who would be honest and thorough. Seth was immediately very responsive and was able to get the inspection done quickly. He came very highly recommended, and I can see why! My inspection was very detailed and easy to understand. He assessed the property very fairly, and I appreciated the feedback I got from him even after the inspection. I ended up backing out of the purchase on that property, but I will for sure be using Cornerstone Inspections again when I find another home!

So used Cornerstone inspection LLC for a first time home buyer. He had Mr. Jones do the inspection he came 5 min early and waited for us to get their. He was extremely quick and thorough helping us identify problems with the house. Especially problems with safety that we are getting fixed right now. This inspection process was one of the best in our home buying experiences. Seth was able to accommodate our short time line and did a great job of documenting his process. The report was issued quickly and was very thorough. He even added diagrams on the pictures showing issues and where necessary, how things should have been. We would absolutely recommend Seth and Cornerstone Inspection.
