Parking is at a premium in Wyzata, but it's free. I have yet to go to McCormicks and not find a spot within a block radius. But that's not why you go to McCormicks.
You go for the Guinness. By far, the best I've found in the state and arguably, the best I've found anywhere. Not that I haven't had a single poured Guinness better in Boston, because I have. But it was one pour, vs every single time, getting something worthwhile.
Honestly I can not speak highly enough about their Guinness. It's everything I could have ever hoped for so much more...every...single.

First time in Wayzata (I wanted to eat near the lake) and randomly chose McCormick's for a light lunch. So glad we did! It's been forever since we've enjoyed French Onion soup, and the empanadas had a great texture, but are a bit expensive for what they are. Ended with bread pudding because, why not? Service was very good and the restaurant was clean and very chill. Can't wait to come back to warm up during chilly winter weather!

We ate here tonight for the first time and were pleasantly surprised at the excellent quality of the food. The truffle Parmesan fries with our cocktails was perfect. I had the smoked chicken entree which I… loved. The other two had the Diane burger which they both said they would order again. They had a really great white bordeaux on the menu that went really well with dinner. We will definitely be back again, and probably soon to get one more outside meal in before cold weather arrives.

Enjoyed a birthday brunch/lunch at this wonderful new find. The service from arrival to the end of our meal was exceptional. Despite the fact that they were full of diners and busy (a good thing) we received attention to detail from our server and not rushed. The food arrived quickly for our group. I loved the delicious Apple Buttermilk Salad recommended by the server. The comfortable atmosphere and food makes this place a new addition to my go to list of dining options in the future.

Worst brunch ever. Should have went to McDonalds.
Staff was rude, and couldn't be bothered. Water was warm with no ice and tasted like it was scooped directly from the lake. Food took way too long to arrive at table. Food was raw and in some cases still frozen on the inside. Steak smelled spoiled. Even the kids didn't like the fried chicken tenders.

I had terrific service from one of the bartenders/servers named Heather! She greeted me right away and delivered me a DELICIOUS lobster roll! I got it to-go and ate it by the water. It was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT....It was even better than the ones I have had in the past from Wayzata! I would HIGHLY recommend her and McCormick's as a whole! GREAT ESTABLISHMENT!

Had dinner tonight the drinks were excellent, salads and main course okay., the main complaint was lack of service. It took 15 minutes to get waited on only to find out they were out of lobster roll , then took another 15 minutes to get check , the manager came to table and when we told her she said " see next time . Our waitress was clearly overwhelmed but the manager didn't seem to care , not putting all the blame on the waitress but we were not impressed

McCormick's was unexpectedly one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. (We're usually moreso burger joint types.) The décor is luxe and ritzy and the menu was quite expensive, but we came for our anniversary, so we splurged on snails and rosé anyways. It was both of our first time trying escargot. I probably wouldn't order it again, but I'm glad we tried it! Excellent beef tartare. The shepherd's pie was the best I've ever had. The lobster roll was decadent and the crusted walleye left me wanting for nothing. Absolutely recommend this place to anybody passing thru the area who can afford

Great food and atmosphere! The steamed clams were delicious. The fish and chips were quite good (the tartar sauce was great), the braised beef and scallop sliders were small but filling. But the best part of the meal was the butternut squash soup. Absolutely to die for! Our waitress, Jennifer, was pleasant and attentive. Thank you for a wonderful evening and a delicious birthday dinner! We will definitely visit again.

First time there on a visit from Portland, Oregon. A buddy brought me there for a few drinks and a "pub lunch". He enjoyed his BLT and I had a great shrimp cocktail and french onion soup ("strong lunch order" said my pal). We had a couple beers/drinks and a wonderful time. Best part was our server Staci. Super-nice and friendly who welcomed us and made us feel at ease. She was attentive without being overbearing. We are in the "restaurant biz" and she is one of the best we've had on our travels. Will definitely be back next time I'm in town. Thanks all!

We have been to McCormick's several times now and I was neglectful in giving it a review. I have never had a bad meal or experience at this restaurant. We had occasion to meet some friends there along with my daughter last Saturday. Again the food was terrific! I had the lobster roll with fries, my daughter had their famous walleye sandwich with a wonderful re pepper soup and Jenny had a salad with a scoop of lobster meat. Everything was outstanding! The waiter Andrew was really pleasant and extremely accommodating. If you are ever in Wayzata, Minnesota McCormick's has a fairly simple

Popped in for lunch. With Covid, reservations are for inside only, the lovely patio is first come first served.
Both my spousal unit and I ate the same salad, but we each chose a different protein option. The Apple Buttermilk Salad was fabulous. Mine with grilled chicken, his with salmon. Both served with a sliced avocodo side and some slivers of gruyere cheese atop.
The grilled chicken was 1/2 a thick breast, sliced longways creating 3 layers. This was laid on a healthy drizzle of yummy balsamic. The tasty buttermilk dressing was generous and evenly distributed. The apples were matchsticks

Neat Irish Pub with some great food. We started with Crispy Wings as an appetizer. They were indeed crispy, yet also moist and the chilli glaze was delicious. For our entrees, we went with the Apple Sweet Potato Curry Soup, Braised Beef & Scallop Sliders and McCormick's Burger (see photos) - all of which we greatly enjoyed. A highly recommended stop.

We went for happy hour on a last minute whim and we're glad we did!
Great happy hour with both food and drink options.
We had shishito peppers, wings, burrata, fries, and sliders. All were delicious. Nothing crazy or unique about the food, it was all typical dishes. But it was done well!
The service was great! Our server was fun, friendly, helpful with picking out items, and even snuck a drink on happy hour in for us 30 minutes after it was done :)
Some logistical thoughts: great for a group of friends meeting up for a casual outing. Keep in mind the bar is smallish and crowded. It
