So going to have a little rant. They delivered our meal this evening and forgot the rice. Easy fix right. Send out rice with the next driver right. No they told me it would be an hour until they could get it to me. So then I asked what there were going to do about the cold meal and asked them to remake the dish so I could have the whole meal hot. They said they couldn't do that. Then I told them to just go ahead a refund the meal. they then put me on hold for over ten minutes. When they got back on they said they could not do that and that they would send out a new meal and that I

New panda house is my favorite go to chinease food!! They are family oriented, friendly and remember their customers, delivery is available and they use Jasmine rice which many other restaurants don't use.
Sesame chicken, cream cheese wontons, Mei fun, chicken/beef with broccoli and the fried rice to name a few dishes to try and my favorite. No heavy greasy tasting either.

DO EAT HERE!!! this is the best Chinese food I've ever had. the wontons here could very easily be the best in the world. i repeat. THE WONTONS ARE SO GOOD!!!!! you HAVE to get some if you eat here. 8 for $4.25 is also the best price I've seen in the cities. the chicken fried rice is a must, and our favorite entrees are the general tsos and cashew chicken, among many others. you really cant go wrong with this place, ANYTHING you order will be absolutely delicious and ANYONE who says anything else is a hater. big thank you to new panda house for doing what you do! please dont ever change!! 💫ðŸŽ

Ordered the fried dumplings and they were literally dripping in grease, I took one bite and all I could taste was grease. I ate one anyway, hoping I'd like it. 1. They come with 8 dumplings. I knew I wasn't going to eat them so I asked if I could either replace it with a different menu item or a refund because I didn't like them. They have great food but, today 11/23/2021, i called them to ask how much two set of chicken wings from the appetizers was she told me $20 dollars and i said ok, an hour later it was delivered and i said i did not order it, i only asked for the price so i could at night. Then night came I was going to order it for the hungry clients with me and they told me they cant accept orders from my number because of what happened. Looking for a quick solution for dinner, and I’m happy to have stumbled on to this place by accident. Food was ready 10 minutes after I called it in, and was very affordable. Ordered veggie lo mein, orange chicken, cream cheese wontons, and a couple cans of soda — all for less than $30. Wontons were crispy, and the food was decent. Not too salty. I will definitely order from here again, the next time I’m too lazy to make dinner. Especially if they deliver for $15 minimum orders.

The only good thing about this place was the cashier was friendly. The food is not good!! I got hot & spicy chicken, hot and spicy shrimp, cheese puffs, and beef fried rice for $33.
The pricing isn't bad but it wasn't worth it. The cheese puffs are great. On the other hand, the meat seems undercooked and they throw a bunch of veggies instead of giving you meat (like what your order)! Honestly, I'm glad I didn't get a lot of meat because its horrible.
The chicken is cut into thin strips and barely has any flavor. It's not even spicy. The shrimp has an overly fishy

I hate this place!! Last month the screwed up my order and I gave them another shot. HIGHLY disappointed they screwed up my order AGAIN!! My Hunan chicken was terrible and nothing like what I've had in the past!! They threw a bunch of the wrong vegetables in some sauce and sold it to me. I didn't get a chance to return it because they closed 10 minutes later. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!! Their food has quality declined drastically in the past few months.

My family had a horrible experience at New Panda House the other night. We ordered our food and when the driver got to our house he refused to bring the food upstairs to my door, stating that he was too busy to do so and that I needed to come get it. I was so irritated seeing as I'm paying for this damn food AND they have a $3 delivery fee!!! He was the only driver to ever refuse to come up to my door. We ordered delivery from here, and it was pretty good. I ordered the lunch menu shrimp lo mein. It was your typical American-Chinese food, very greasy and all a similar color. The flavor of that was good, but stuffed into about half of the bowl was chicken fried rice - which I was not impressed with. It was dry and was basically filler.
A group of us at work had ordered delivery together because they have a $15 order minimum to be able to do delivery. Our order was also incorrect, we had a wrong drink and double the amount of rangoons, which we were also charged for.

I am only sorry that we hadn't discovered this place before...the food is delicious and the servings are very, very, very generous. We ordered several things, hoping we'd have enough for dinner this evening and lunch tomorrow. We'll have more than enough! We chose the double delight with garlic, the moo shu with vegetables and the vegetable egg foo young and loved them all. The service was prompt (maybe 30 minutes) and it was hot when it arrived. Highly recommend!

Take out has been a go to for me. I'm new to Minnesota and I am still adapting to freezing and below freezing days. I received a take out menu from New panda house in my mail box. Being a Yelper I love to try new places. I've order from this place 4 times before doing my review.
2 delivery orders, 1 delivery order I had to return because somethings were not right, and lastly a pick up order.
The food is so yummy . Nice and hot, the packaging is secure every time. Soy sauce, duck sauce and hot sauce always had it in the bag. My order was wrong twice. The two different times I ordered

Most of their food is ok, even good, but they seem to have a problem with breaded chicken items. They seem to be missing the chicken. The breading is so thick, and the chicken is dry and tasteless. But the curry chicken is delish...and even better if they actually send the white rice that is supposed to come with the order.
And it would be nice if the person that answers the phone at the restaurant spoke better English and did not hang up on you when you called to complain.
I thought that maybe since they were now using MENUFY for online orders, that the orders would be more accurate

I used to go here all the time when they were in Robbinsdale. I decided to order from their new location tonight. I have to say I was so disappointed. The lemon chicken used to be battered but now it is breaded and very dry. The carrots in the fried rice were hard. Service was acceptable but the food wasn't. So sad to have to post this because like I said I had a history with them.

This is my favorite Chinese place in the area! The food is consistently delicious and the portion sizes are extremely generous. I really love the sesame chicken, cream cheese wontons, chicken lo mein, and the fried rice. Delivery is fast and generally comes with some extra additions, like the Chinese donuts. I recommend it to everyone when the move to the area!

Ordered delivery on Wednesday night. Got an order of Happy Family & Sesame Chicken combo plate delivered. Delivery took almost an hour, I thought that was kinda long for a midweek order. The egg roll with the combo plate was super small, maybe 2-2.5 inches long & not filled with much. The sesame chicken was dry and had little flavor & too much breading. Fried rice was full of peas & carrots, call me a traditionalist but I'm not a fan of mixed vegs in my rice. The Happy Family was probably the best of the lot, with lots of meats and veggies. Overall, pretty meh.
