We have been eating here for over 20 years. We compare every other Chinese food restaurant to this place. My wife and I are very picky with Chinese food and this is by far the Best! We moved farther away from this place and we still drive 45 minutes one way to this restaurant. My son recently moved out and now he is driving over an hour to eat to get here. We have grown up eating here and it is always consistently Excellent! We have brought numerous friends here over the years and everyone raves about how good the food is.

Food was good nice place seating at tables are a little crowded, space between tables is good. Nothing special to write home about, but the prices are very good and relatively low for what you get

Ordered mapo tofu from the "vegetable" menu but it was half pork. Paid extra for fried rice but still got white rice instead. Waste of time.

Best Chinese food ever!! Their hot and sour soup is amazing. The egg rolls are flaky, fresh, and flavorful. The food Sizzling Chicken is my favorite although have never had even an ok meal there. Food comes out hot and unbelievablely fast.. Always superb. James the owner is a delight.

I wish there was an option to give no stars. Completely HORRID experience!
I went here for the second time wanting to give the restaurant a chance, but my experience has been awful. I hate to say this, but the middle aged Asian guy with the glasses at the reception is downright racist and completely rude.

I have visited many restaurants where I was surrounded by people sometimes who were all a different ethnicity from me but I never ever felt belittled or treated like garbage.

This place owner guy has the MOST NASTY Attitude person I ever have to deal with!!
Cold weather, kicking all of the people whose delivering foods for his customers, out of the restaurant he won’t say when order “might” be gonna be ready, instead with yelling and saying “I don’t know when it’s gonna be ready,I have too many orders!”

I asked him why can’t I wait inside, he said cause of COVID, but everyone dine in sitting around side by side and eating??

Triple delight was very good. No shortage of meats and very filling. Enjoyed the wings also. Very friendly owners too.

Great food, quiet and calm atmosphere, excellent service and locate just off the main boardwalk.

Always good Chinese Food, that works well no matter if you take it out or eat-in. Great appetizers like dumplings, fried shrimp or egg rolls and the entrees are good - lo mein, chow mein, or shrimp w/snow peapods.

One of the best Cantonese restaurants in MN, if not the best. From scratch, quality, and utterly delicious. I’ve been eating their steamed dumplings for 20 years and will never stop.

The dine in environment was pleasant. The service was fast and efficient. However the food was just barely okay. The House Shrimp Broccoli dish has very hard stalks of previously frozen broccoli that was impossible to eat. The sauce is a mystery of opaque, flavorless sauce with dried red pepper. Overall, not enough good to make me want to return.

This has become our happy place during the madness of 2020. And it can be your happy place too.

I don't typically like this style of food, but wow, so good!! I crave their sweet and sour chicken and egg rolls. They also have amazing wantons. Everything is a good size and works really well if you want to order a few things to share.

They forgot the wanton dipping sauce last time I ordered, which was a huge bummer.. but I'll have to double check next time

As someone has mentioned previously, the man at the front is VERY rude to doordash people and has made me late almost every single time i have had to come in. last night i waited 15 mins longer than the pick up time stated on the app. it's very ridiculous that they do not care about the dashers or take their time into consideration, especially when you have 1 table in your restaurant at the time. maybe learn to be nicer to people to keep customers. will never be going back and i really hope doordash stops partnering with such an awful store.

Had an egg roll craving and my go to through DoorDash stopped offering them so I gave Jade Fountain a try. Food arrived hot and very fresh. Egg rolls were perfectly crispy and came with a generous portion of sweet and sour. Best egg rolls I've had since moving to MN. Vegetable low mein was also cooked perfectly, not too soft. For the main I ordered Kung pap chicken also cooked well but a little mild on flavor, which is why 4 stars instead of 5. Definitely worth the chance and I'll order again!

Cashew Shrimp was excellent. James and staff provides top notch service. Hot tea and fortune cookie always caps off an excellent meal. If you want Chinese this IS the. Place.

Food is subpar, owner is nonchalant and rude to door dash delivery people hearing saying "yeah yeah yeah whatever whatever 10 mins" what kind of professionalism is that? Also heard him say he wouldn't give the food unless he sees order when they gave the name and items first.. lol are they psychic? Lol weird because most asian cuisine owners are very grateful for their work and patronage. Sad.

So bad. We wanted to support a local business, and thought we couldn't go wrong with a restaurant in Wayzata. We were wrong!
We ordered fried dumplings, cream cheese puffs, house lo mein, and sesame chicken. They were all terrible. This is why.... the fried dumplings had so much chewy dough. Cream cheese puffs were the best part of the meal, and not great. House lo mein lacked flavor (I didn't think this one could be messed up). The sesame chicken was thin and over-fried, it was so chewy. We won't be ordering here again.

This place is a rip off. They charged me $6.00 for a small extra cup of cashews. They Brought us a small bowl of rice for 2 entrees and when we asked for more white rice, they charged us $3.00. Watch your bill!

I went twice, hoping they just had a bad night the first time, and I won't be going back again. The food is very bland and the service is absolutely terrible. They never come back to check to see if the food is good or if you need anything else. The one plus, is that they do give hot tea to every table. I had egg foo young, and it was so oily and flat (no fluff to the eggs or flavor either).

Yummy! The tangerine shrimp is fantastic! Love the take out service and you can't beat the neighborhood!

Yikes, we waited at the bar and did not get a hello for over 20 min. Another couple got tired of waiting and started to leave. Mgr talked them in to staying. We got up to leave, same pitch to stay with a free drink, which was a thimble of red wine (vinegar). Finally, ordered...waited again forever, got chicken 'surprise'. Little tiny cubes of rubbery, tasteless mystery meat. And the bill charged me for our 'free' drink. When I challenge the Mgr. His english suddenly was 'not so good'. So my tip and this review is 'not so good'.

Have been coming here for chinese food since I was a little girl. Best place for chinese in the western suburbs! The service and people are amazing, always so kind and helpful. Hot and sour soup and spring rolls are to die for.

I'm not too sure how this place has 4 stars. My cream cheese wontons were very skimpy with cream cheese. The fried wontons were way too thick and very chewy. I expect them to usually be thin and crispy with a lot of filling, again, very skimpy and unimpressive. The sesame chicken? (which i get sesame chicken EVERYWHERE i go, because it's my favorite) Very bland and nothing special. Overall not very good, but not the complete worst i've had.
I'll be sticking to Star Wok.

Chinese lunch buffet, can't go wrong, right? Usually those words equates to a good lunch plan, but not in this case. If you are the type of person that is shy going up for more than 1 plate then this is definitely not the place for you. Why you ask? It's due to the fact that they have someone at the buffet serving you and asking you want you want, not self-service. At a buffet that is a big no-no in my book. I prefer judging eyes while I do my walk of "shame" to the table with my full plate and not while trying to figure out what food options I want to pile on for my feast.

First off, let me say that this was THE BEST sesame tofu I have ever had, so I hate that I must only give this place 4 stars. Why? Well, because at the bottom of the box of tofu, I found a good portion of remnants from another dish that was nowhere near either of my orders. Like, did they not think I'd get to the bottom of the box? That was really unfortunate, but I'll still be coming back just for the tofu dish and hoping that's all that will be included.

*Recently ordered this again for my kids. Turns out the "remnants" were actually part of the dish. Needless to say
