Chad is very honest and trustworthy business. I have taken my high tech computer to him three times for cleaning. My computer was finished when he said would be time and fixed another problem it had without cost. He is the only business I would ever trust my and my husband's computers with.

Meant to post this years ago. Terrible customer service.... terrible. Didnt help us at all, never called to tell the answer on my computer issues. Ended up getting rid of it without calling me and called it "abandoned "

My family has used cybernerd to fix several different computers, laptops, etcetera. We have always had great service and decent prices and all of our units have been fixed and returned in a reasonable amount of time. Will continue using for future computer needs.

Chad is the best. I thought I had a secret weapon for all things computer related. THE I MET CHAD!! Folks, he is the the best. Polite, smart, quick. Super accomodating. Simply the best.

Best place around to get work done on laptops and desktops, they don't repair phones or tablets though, very speedy work.

I would absolutely give ZERO STARS if possible. Took computer in for a glitchy screen, after over 2 MONTHS I finally got my computer back (only because I stood there and waited for him to do it), he turned the computer on to "show it worked", then promptly shut it. After getting home, there was no operating system on my computer. Returned computer to conclude that 'they put the wrong hard drive in my computer', and the 'can't seem to find my hard drive'. Now I'm waiting...again...still.
