If I could, I would give a negative number like -10. This does not deserved any of my respect not even 1 star. The lady on the phone was very rude, unfortunately when the medical bed was order for my father, insurance assigned the company to work with. At that time, the equipment was received without proper documentation or instructions, I never complained nor requested any information. My father passed and I have no use for the bed, it took some time to figure who the supplier was, despite calls and voice mails, I had to keep on calling until this lady was very rude. Never answer any question

I wish I could give ZERO for review. My Mother's wheelchair was delivered 4/24, with NO written instructions/guide on SAFETY/usage/how to fold it!! I called from 4/26 to 4/30 at LEAST 6 times because "greta" the supervisor promised me on 4/26 to send me written instructions via e-mail. NOTHING! So this morning, 5/3, I wrote them a complaint via their website, she responded within THREE MINUTES!!! Their excuse that they were "BUSY" is absolute BS! The purport to be "caring" "compassionate" blah, blah, blah..... LIES! The ph. rep. responded with a nasty tone "oh my God!" when I stated my Father

This company is very knowledgeable in processing paper work to Medicare. They are extremely professional. I have gotten 2 powerchairs and walkers from them. After 5 years the first powerchair wore out. Easy to replace with the staff knowing what to do. Thank you, A-Z Medical

My husband is an amputee. He’s been waiting for a wheel chair since 2017. Seriously, we are still not in possession of “the” wheelchair. We’ve made several attempts to reconcile this Through the RX provided by docs and insurance. A-Z medical is NO help. They ordered the wrong size wheelchair for my 300lb husband, with NO leg rest for his Stump. They have no compassion or empathy for disabled patients. Horrible experience. Today is 8/07/2020 and still waiting for a wheelchair from A-Z medical.

I have dealt with this company with few patients that discharged from our facility. The case managers has terrible customer service and very slow to process orders. Case Manager never returns your phone calls when you try to follow up. I tried giving them plenty of time to deliver equipment for my patients before they go home but due to their poor communication and lack of knowledge, they always postponed my discharges and make families suffer which really upsets me. Try to avoid doing business with this company.

Not a good company. Slow and don't care about their customers. Just want to get your money.

Been trying to get a electric wheelchair returned and replaced for my grandmother for 6 months. my grandmother injured her self and pieces started to break off. They still haven't assisted, they have not warm bedside manners for the elderly or their family representatives. I would not recommend this place to anyone

I had excellent help and care from the company. They went out of their way to get the booties I wanted through the Internet, since my size and the color I wanted was out of stock. I couldn't be more pleased. Had to wait a little longer, but I did' mind; that was a year ago. I still get compliments every time I wear my booties. The staff was very friendly and cordial and they all remembered me a year later. 😁

I visited A to Z on the 10th of May to get a prescription for a cane. After about 20 seconds someone finally asked me could I help you.. There were three asian women who passed my prescription between themselves. I arrived there at 4:00p.m. and dropped my girlfriend at the Legion of Honor museum for her regular shift which is 5 minutes away. When I returned to the store, I was told that I had to have all kinds of authorizations just to get a walking cane. I gave them my phone number and still haven't had a call from them about my cane. I don't think no one should be treated in this fashion.

One of the worst business experiences I've had in 60 years.
After I've forgotten how many calls back and forth between them and my primary care doctor, they called my doctor's office and said that they hadn't been able to get in touch with me and they had a Medicare Hospital Bed approved for me but they needed to get in touch with me because it was scheduled for delivery in 4 days. My doctor's office called me and I immediately called A to Z. This was on a Monday. They scheduled to deliver on Thursday morning and told me everything was approved by Medicare and Medicaid so I would not have to pay
