Matthew has been in the industry for more than 20 years and is proud that Diablo Medical Supply can provide an inviting and informative environment for customers to purchase equipment for themselves or loved ones. I highly recommend DMS.
He was so very helpful getting an urgent item that was needed the afternoon before a holiday.
He was willing to go out of his way to make it happen even though they were near closing time - he offered to help however he could and did it in a timely manner.
The customer service was excellent!

I had one of the best customer experiences of my life. I needed a few small mobility aids for my hip replacement. Greeted as I walked in. Shown a package of items for the purpose at little more than 1/2 the price of a nearby competitor. I mentioned that I had some of the items but was happy to buy the package. He opened the package and sold me just what I wanted saying he could put the other items out for individual sale. Very impressive. I will only shop here in the future.

I was in search of a sharps container and went to two different chain pharmacies to look for one. Unfortunately neither had any. Thankfully Diablo Medical Supply had some and saved the day!
I called in the morning to inquire if they had some in stock and I was told yes. I went in around noon and was out in under 5 minutes. I appreciated that Nathan was super helpful in answering my questions and he was wearing a mask. There was also hand sanitizer there for me to use. I will come back to purchase masks as there were plenty of N95 and KN95 masks for sale.

Poor customer service over the phone. I called from work as part of my job to help a patient with ordering a catheter. Spoke to the same woman 2days in a row, each time she had an attitude. I sent her the prescription and demographic sheet with all patients info. Upon asking her if she would contact the patient to order she said "well I don't have any of his info". When I asked if she received my fax she said she did. The fax had the patients info. She then said "we'll yeah I'll call him then". Not sure why she gave so much attitude over the phone. One recommendation

This is a great example of a company that provides patient centered care and excellent customer service. The man working the register didn't feel 100% confident on an answer to my question, but went out of his way to get another gentleman to help me. They were knowledgeable about durable medical equipment that would be used by hospice and what products were compatible with the ones hospice would provide. In an industry where sales are the bottom line to some, I appreciated that they didn't just allow, but encouraged me to return the item I bought if it didn't meet our needs.

Had an incredibly amazing experience today at Diablo Medical Supply. The staff and their sweet dog was amazing greeted me the second I walked in. Went in looking for shoe inserts so my feet wont hurt and having swollen ankles only after an hour on my feet. Due to my swollen ankles Matt suggested I should use leg compressions, he showed me a pair that would be best for me and explained why they would be. Measured my legs and feet for the best fit. I Put the leg compressions on the minute I left and my feet have been pain free since.

Can I give negative stars??? Called and rented a wheelchair to be picked up the nextday 8:30am. I was at their business around 9am, found a closed sign, the doors locked, lights off...to most people that's a closed business. Really screwed me...I had my mom, who's disabled and just got diagnosed with cancer in the car...I really needed that chair we were trying to get all her "stuff" in order ( seeing a lawyer etc). This all boils down to the manager, who he says he was there in the back and always keeps the door locked when he's doing whatever in the "back"

Rented a knee scooter here after my wife broke her leg. They charged us 100.00 a month for 3 1/2 months. I blame myself, but after I returned it, found out a brand new one cost 188.00 on line. I paid 400.00 for 3 1/2 months. Nothing was ever mentioned that buying one would be cheaper than renting one. Beware!

My girlfriend and I literally had one of the best retail customer service experiences of our lives. We went in to get a wheelchair for her father and were assisted by Jason. He was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. I cannot say enough good things about this store and Jason. Please use Diablo if you need medical equipment or supplies. You will not be disappointed.

I have had two episodes of dealing with these folks, the first lasting just about a year, and the second spanning 10 years. Without exception, these folks are great. I have purchased from them adjustable beds, chairs that lift you, walkers, wheel chairs, and a litany of aids for bathing, transporting, hearing, alerting, aiding mobility, eating, etc. I found they 'fit' the item to my parent, and knew what pitfalls may come up, so I could better select the item. Their record keeping is perfect, even over a 12-year period. The times that you need medical aids are tough enough ~ why add

This store is off the beaten path, but they have some good medical products and super helpful staff. They were extremely patient with me while I sat on a bunch of different cushions to see if I could find one that would help with my sciatic nerve pain. They seriously went above and beyond in terms of putting up with my indecisiveness. They brought me several different cushions and explained the materials used in each one. Great place, just wish it was closer to home.
