Initially, if you need to use this company, go to Redwood City. Seriously, make the drive. I went to the RWC location for a knee brace. The woman that helped me was very friendly, helpful and wanted me to get what I needed. Nothing but good things to say about her! When they did not have the type of brace that I wanted (the one that lays flat, rather than the pull on style) she offered to call the Burlingame location for me. She called them (they did not answer the first 1-2 times she called---interesting), she explained what I wanted and then told me that Burlingame had the brace and was holding

A big kuddos to the woman who assisted me today! I recently gave birth to my daughter and had to undergo a c-section. With that, comes the need for an abdominal binder. The one they gave me in the hospital was becoming a bit big as I have healed. The woman who helped me at Bay City Medical Supplies was so helpful in fitting me for a new one. She ended up comping the price as a congratulations to our new bundle of joy! This, as a new mom, made me so happy and supported. Thank you again!

On Tuesday, March 26 at approximately 11:00am I stopped in The Bay City Medical Supply in Burlingame to purchase compression socks for my mother. There was only one clerk in the store who turned out to be one of the rudest people I have ever delt with. When I asked for her name, she said "I don't have one". That is why I started this review with the date and time, hoping her manager, or better yet, the owner would read this review.

I found this business via Google search and asked if they have wheelchairs for rent. My wife was in need of a wheelchair that can elevate the leg. I specified this 2x on the call and when I went to pick it up.
Upon picking it up, they provided me a wheelchair. Like I said, I asked again to ensure the leg elevates and they said "yes".
Upon bring this home and assembling the legs, the elevation of the legs was not the fact. I called in asking them the next day (as they were closed by the time I got home) and a different BS story telling me they do not have wheelchairs that can do this

Really appreciate the staff at Bay City, especially Mark. They have a good supply of various medical equipment. I needed them for custom compression socks. Mark was great at taking my initial measurements and subsequent updates. So far I've purchased 5 pairs and they all fit as expected.
They were recommended to me by Stanford. Even though I live in the north bay it's well worth the drive to bay city. They know their stuff

Having spent several years as a quality assurance manager with a fortune 100 I was convinced without question that an essential component of achieving quality assurance is customer satisfaction. Found what I needed on their delightful easy website, parked in the convenient lot, picked out my item in the well-organized store, paid (w/credit b/c of course I left my HSA card at home). Store clerk clearly wasn't thrilled to be in, but she was damn effective at moving me along which is 10x more valued than banal chitchat or chipperness.

I have an elderly mother and disabled sister, I have come to this store several times and have never had a bad experience. The people are not only helpful but very friendly. The people who gave one star are completely out of their mind! Sure, sometimes you have to wait a few minutes, because they are waiting on someone who happened to arrive before you - be patient! Every time I go in to purchase something the people are so kind, helpful and always have a smile on their face. We live in a world where everything is about "me". Shape up people!

The staff seems friendly and knowledgeable. We needed to rent a knee scooter. We were able to pick up one with ease after I made a phone call to discuss availability. I definitely recommend calling first prior to making a trip as you may be able to avoid some inconvenience. Also, remember they have limited hours on Saturdays, and they are not open on Sundays just in case you are trying to return equipment. It could be the difference in paying extra fees. I wasted a trip as I made a trek on a Sunday. Fortunately, I returned the equipment prior to accruing extra fees.
