I hate this hospital…. If I could then 0 stars I would!!! Dr John Caldwell he is the most rudest, non caring, uptight, disrespectful, sorry excuse for a dr I’ve been ever seen in my whole entire life. First incident with him as ((I’m so asthmatic)) I had to see a specialist. I would go to that hospital bc it was a longgggg wait until I could get in with the pulmonologist, so I would go there to get treatments. It was so bad I went to this hospital twice a month for 4 months straight. My asthma just wasn’t good bc I needed a specialist. He told me that he was tired of helping me and there

I had my son there 3 weeks ago and I was so determined to breastfeed and I didn’t even get the opportunity to do that and they just gave him formula and pushed it on me and I decided I would pump for him since no one there wanted to help until the very last day I was at the hospital and I was there for 6 days. I am now not producing enough for my son so thanks for ruining my experience and also not to mention the dude who gave me my epidural did something wrong and I am still numb on my thigh and he was so rude to me and was trying to argue with me and told me my pain wasn’t that bad. Took my 15 month old in cause he was ru Ning a fever. Informed them we already called 911 once this evening and that he had a seizure due to the fever and stopped breathing at one point already and we have now been sitting in the waiting room for over an hour with my child running a fever of 103 degrees. This hospital is terrible and ignore dangerous situations. They do not have any sense of urgency. If I could give a zero star rating I would this hospital is terrible. Staff isn't helpful at all. Dr's don't do their job. Several people have already walked out from waiting so long to be helped.

I went in on 12/31/2021 for appendicitis and my experience was very positive. I was treated with compassion and concern throughout the entire process. Cant say anything negative from a care perspective. Every interaction I had regarding who I was dealing with was positive. With typical Holiday injuries and dealing with spike in Covid patients they were busy and many of the staff were working extra hours to help. The only reason I gave it a 4/5 rating is the facilities need refreshed and updated.

I woke up from surgery with a busted lip and asked for answers but did not get any. Everyone says they'll find out and get back to you and never comes back. The second day it's more swollen and I can't eat because my esophagus is so sore and tight. They leave you in pain for hours. I will never come back to this hospital again. Update spoke with Dr Ortiz and was told it happened accidentally. He was supposed to call me Sunday and if he would I would have told him about the burns on my chest that I found after I got home. They are only on one side. Y'all have my number it's in my paperwork Sherika

They failed to give radiology my insurance information and now I have collectors harassing me.
I went in because medication A was not supposed to be mixed with medication B, unknown to myself. All they told me was I had been poisoned and come back if my symptoms got worse.
My symptoms were vomiting, dizziness, lack of muscle control in my legs, and difficultly breathing.
I was never told to stop taking medication A. I had to use the internet to find out that medication A is not supposed to be mixed with medication B.
This hospital needs to be closed. Also, a added note billing refused to send

They do not help people. They did not want to treat me for any of my symptoms. They told me none of my symptoms were an emergency. That I had to see a primary care physician. Then after I started getting upset They said if I paid $150 I could stay and they would do some tests!! I had an ear ache and chest pain and dizziness and a couple other things but they turned me away. There was barely any patients there! Do not go here because they will not treat you. That is why there is nobody there.

I brought my daughter who has no insurance to the ER, to look at her wrist. I must say that everyone there treated her with respect and cared for her well being. Before bringing her here I read all the negative reviews and I was reluctant. But after the care she received I believe that this is one of the best hospitals around.
