Growing up in the 80's, I lived a lifestyle of your typical skinny kid. My parents had concrete boundaries on eating snack foods, and since my mother was a great cook, we rarely ate out at restaurants. I never really thought about my body weight until I started wrestling in middle school. In those days, there was no such thing as nutrition coaching.
We have three nutrition coaching programs available to cater to your budget and your individual needs. All three of our programs provide you with access to our coaching platform where you will be able to submit your check-ins and manage your account. This is also where you'll upload measurements and pictures to be able to keep track of your progress.
Own Your Eating has completely changed my relationship with food. It has given me the knowledge and freedom to eat the things I want to without feeling guilty about it. I've tried any and every other "diet" out there and I love that this is a lifestyle change, not just a quick fix. The support I receive from both Jason and Roz is indescribable and has allowed me to lose (and keep off) 36lbs.

It’s scientific enough to give you the “why” behind the flexible dieting and OYE approach to nutrition, it’s simple enough that anyone looking to become a coach or even just sharpen their own knowledge can take the information and use it immediately, and they cover the business side of nutrition coaching so you can immediately get to work on creating and growing your nutrition coaching business. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!!!

Jason and Roz have provided a level of structure and a set of "rules" to live by that really work for my lifestyle. I travel 4 days per week for work, and Own Your Eating has helped me maintain my nutritional balance without sacrificing the networking and team meals that come with my career. I am able to easily transition back into my "regular" life at home, and I have the energy and motivation to keep up with my workout routine when I'm on the road. Jason is the best! After my CrossFit L1 Seminar, Jason stopped by our gym to workout a few days and all it took was a convo about pizza and how he could eat whatever and workout like a beast. Went to an Own Your Eating seminar in Brooklyn in September 2017 weighing 205 lbs (6ft tall) and started OYE the next day... I've tried juicing, Atkins, Paleo, Zone, and Whole 30 (twice!) and they worked really well for me... until they (inevitably) didn't. The problem was always me. The day I didn't have any Paleo approved food available at the restaurant with my friends, I quit. The 31st day after the challenge was over, I quit. The many, many times I gave in to my sweet tooth, I quit. Luckily, I discovered flexible eating through OYE with Jason and Roz. FINALLY I've found something that works for me!
