I was referred to this clinic by my primary physician for chronic neuropathic pain in my lower back and legs. I have been taking steroid dose packs for over two years in order to push through the pain. The problem with that approach is the weight gain from taking steroids, the insomnia I experience, and the short amount of lasting pain relief I have after I stop taking them.

I really like Dr. Rosenberg. He has a GREAT personality (bedside manner) and makes me feel at ease as does the nursing team. Sadly, I am still in quite a bit of pain as the injections only helped in the short term. The PA prescribed a muscle relaxer and said that he didn't understand why my back still hurts as much as it does.... at this point I have given up hope for relief - I have been living with this pain for nearly 20 years and it's only getting worse ....I just wish my pain could have been helped.

This place is a factory, if you fit like a cog in the machine, they’ll be great for you, but if you’re a tiny bit of trouble, they gaslight you until you comply with their rules. Technically I was cared for, but with no quality of life. I was in so much pain my son had to move in with my parents for a year. I switched clinics and after some hard work, procedures, and proper pain control, my darling son is home. I hope if you come here, you get better treatment than I did.

Haven’t been there yet but they directed me to a website that got personal information from me and access to my phone, then, when I contacted their offices, they told me “Oh, we don’t use them any more.”
This is the most incompetent, amateurish first contact I have ever had with a health care provider. If my doctor, who I have a great deal of faith in, had not strongly recommended them I’ld cancel my appointment and go somewhere else.
I will give them a chance, but they are definitely starting out with a very bad impression.

My experiences at Prizm have been incredible. Such a wonderful group of professionals doing their job and respecting everyone. I think Dr. Rosenberg sets the bar for excellent care. These people all know what they are doing. I also had a urine sample test and was not the least bit offended. I read the one comment that found a problem with it and felt it was unnecessary. I have no idea why the person was offended. Seems like good medical practice to me. If you have depression/anxiety and nothing seems to work, give Prizm a chance to improve your state of mind.

I was asked to take down a previous bad review I had left, and I complied, because I truly believe that some of the doctors here are extremely compassionate, willing to listen, and good at their jobs. But the issues I have had everywhere else- being ignored, being talked over or down to, being cut off, the passive aggressive tone or shortness of the staff. It’s extremely frustrating. I went through 4 withdrawals trying to get a medication refilled in December and January, and now it’s been a month trying to get a different medication refilled in February. I had my first appointment here today. First impression, amazing. Front desk staff was welcoming, helpful, polite and professional. The nurse that escorted me to the back and completed my intake information was very friendly, courteous and patient. Dr. Rosenberg was extremely thorough, caring, understanding and personable. A+ ladies and gentlemen, keep up the 5 star service!

I was wheelchair bound and barely mobile when I came to Dr. R. Nothing could be overnight at that point but I received careful & long-term results & treatment plans. Although my condition is incurable.. he's got plans to treat it. You can be certain that this is NOT a place to go if you want a Dr. to just drug you & drop it! If you are ready, then you can get results. My treatments have evolved with my condition & I have a future. I've never been in better hands. HUGE THANKS to these great people!
