This was the WORST experience I've EVER HAD in so called medical facility that supposedly deals with pain BUT THEY DO NOT. They wanted me to go through stilted archaic procedures and they DO NOT LOSTEN. Also I have a titanium mesh where I had my L5-S1- fused but the ordered an MRI.. really? Horrible awful place

I've been seeing Dr. Kovan once a week for 14 yrs. He's has manage to control my problem in a way that is tolerable for me to get around.
His office staff is the most friendliest group of girls I have ever met.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Kovan for any of your pain problems.
Besides his cuteness n fantastic humor, he knows what n how to treat his patients.

I Saw Dr. Kovan in my own eyes making fun of a limping patient...& making fun of him or me ... he was limping & copying the patient in the front of his staff in the hallway and they were all laughing, and cracking jokes ... they must be copying me, who knows they disrespect sick people & thatโs very disappointing. I canโt trust this doctor... No way ... I would give him zero stars if I could.

Worst experience not helpful at all. Wasted my time. They did not reschedule me like I asked. So in order to make the appt that was not rescheduled I left work early. Got there an my Dr left he had an emergency they did not call to let me know so I wasted a half day that I did not get paid for. On top of that I had an appt with Dr kovan also and did not have the 50 co/pay and they refuse to see me.

Dr kovan is a very caring Dr. I am an Addison's patient and need pain management to stay alive , ( not pass out n go into coma from pain). Was terrified to start pain mgmt , once I saw him all my fears disappeared and my care has been excellent. Everyone in office is very professional and caring. Don't hesitate to get the care you need, life is worth living again. ๐ณ
