First, before any patient can be treated for chronic pain, a correct diagnosis must be made! Occasionally chronic pain originates from another part of the body, but is referred elsewhere. Dr. Krasnick will obtain a detailed history and perform a thorough physical examination. Frequently, a musculoskeletal ultrasound will be performed to understand where your chronic pain is coming from.

Prolotherapy is a safe, effective and non-surgical treatment for chronic pain using injections to jumpstart healing. This method has been used for decades on various types of musculoskeletal injuries. Pain frequently occurs as a result of overuse injuries, falls, athletic endeavors and typically involves the soft tissues in the body, including ligaments, tendons, joints and joint capsules.
Stem cells are adult stem cells that can be found in bone marrow. Krasnick Regenerative Medicine performs autologous stem cell therapy, which means that the stem cells used in your treatment are taken from your own body, not from a donor. Using your own stem cells for the procedure helps reduce your risk of infection and eliminate the possibility of immune rejection.

Dr. Krasnick saved my left arm. I was considering amputating my right (dominant) arm because an Upper Extremity Orthopaedist told me my shoulder was so badly damaged that he could not repair the damage with surgery. I had three tears to my rotator cuff, and one in my subscapula and one in my bicep tendon. But Plasma Rich Platelets (PRP) saved my arm! I went from a pain level of a ten to zero! From zero range of motion to full range of motion! From not sleeping at all for almost a year because of the pain to sleeping like a baby. Dr. Krasnick is my hero. I owe him my life.

I was a patient of this wonderful doctor when he was working at the Warren office. He treated my left knee with prolotherapy and saved me from having to have a knee replacement. Recently I had issues with my right knee as well, so I went to Ann Arbor to see him in his new office, and he treated me with prolotherapy again. It's only a day later and it already feels better and more stable. I'm still grieving over the move, as I live pretty far from Ann Arbor, and I plan to do all in my power to convince Dr. Krasnick to open a second small office on the east side so that his former patients

I have been seeing Dr. Krasnick for PRP and Prolotherapy since 2010. I had my first visit to the new Krasnick Regenerative Medicine at 210 Little Lake Dr STE 8, Ann Arbor, MI 48103, this week after breaking an ankle. I could not be more pleased with Dr Krasnick and his efforts to keep me out of surgery or his office staff's helpfulness. He listens, explains the underlying condition, and even remembers the results of MRIs run several years ago. Unlike the average joe just passing out pills, Dr. Krasnick focuses on ultrasound diagnosis, cutting edge treatments and physical therapy. The new
