I can't say I had an overly pleasant experience with this law firm over the past few days. I was trying to facilitate and escrow refund check that was due to me and they made me wait an additional day before allowing me to come in an retrieve the check. When the appointment was finally scheduled and confirmed they made me come in during rush hour. When I arrived the office building was old and unwelcoming. When I called and told them that I arrived early they were very agreeable but then they were lost as to what my nature of business was. I was there to turn in a smoke certificate and get

We were referred to John by our lender. John basically got to work and saved our deal when it was on the brink of collapse so I'm not sure what kind of higher praise I can say here. Without going much into the details, he basically went above and beyond to clarify issues between us and the seller and worked a bit further on the deal terms themselves.
He was very meticulous in going through the documents and sent countless emails back and forth with us to clarify all subject matters we had questions on.
