John's entire legal career has been devoted to U.S. immigration and nationality law. His practice covers all facets of employment- based immigration, as well as family immigration and naturalization. He has in-depth experience providing strategic advice and counsel to both small entrepreneurial businesses and to multinational corporations.
Sarah joined Parker Gallini as a partner after previously practicing immigration law at Boston-area immigration firms for more than a decade. Sarah brings extensive experience managing and cultivating client relationships with and representing a sophisticated group of multinational corporations, mid-size firms, start-ups, and nonprofits in a wide range of industries.
Molli works with individuals and corporate clients of all sizes across multiple industries. She has experience filing nonimmigrant visas including H-1B, L-1, F-1 STEM OPT, O-1, and TN, and B-1/B-2 visitors, as well as extraordinary ability, outstanding researcher, multinational manager, and national interest waiver immigrant visa filings and adjustment of status applications.
Monica joined Parker Gallini in August of 2018 as a legal administrative assistant providing administrative support to the attorneys, paralegals, and staff. In March of 2020, Monica moved into her current role as an immigration paralegal, in which she assists attorneys with the PERM labor certification process and continues to provide administrative support.
