We all need to be aware of what's happening around us, to protect ourselves, our homes and our property. Quincy Park Condominiums are located in Prospect Heights, Illinois. Our community is within walking distance to an elementary school, the train station is located one mile away, and the tollway is nearby.

With convenient shopping all around, Quincy Park is a great place to live. A very limited number of parking spaces are available for rent on a monthly basis. These are not permanent and must be vacated on less than thirty days notice when a bank takes possession of the unit. Any amount paid in advance will be refunded for the number of days remaining.
Services
There are policies and procedures in place to give Quincy Park owners and residents opportunities to express their views to their neighbors who serve on the Board of Directors. We appreciate your confidence in us and welcome your input. Details on communicating with your board members at a meeting or individually are in the updated document here.

I have been living here for 5 years now. Quincy Park does a great job of keeping the community a pleasant place to live. The association fee is reasonable and they put that money to good use keeping the area clean and updated. Staff is friendly, the properties are nice and dogs are allowed. they also include a well-kept pool and community events like yard sales and town hall meetings.

I have lived in this community for over 5 years and love it here. The condo association fees are reasonable and comparable to other associations in the area. The Landscaping crew does a wonderful job at keeping the neighborhood looking nice, and snow is quickly removed after any 2+” snowfall. The pool and pool house is clean and well maintained and the park is great for the kiddos. As with any multi-family community, any condo association will have rules to abide by as a resident. I find the rules here to be reasonable and easy to follow, ex: don’t park in other people’s driveway, don’t

I've lived here for almost 2 years (renting) and have nothing bad to say; they're respectful and helpful in the offices, my neighbors mind their own but are friendly nonetheless, and I've yet to have a bad experience with anyone in the community. A lot of people in these reviews are commenting about how rude the people in the office are, but I'm a strong believer in putting out good vibes to get them back in return; if you have a negative attitude don't expect to get smiles for miles from anybody you meet, at Quincy Park or elsewhere!

It's a owned community with nice small less maintenance type houses.. the landscaping is great. There is plenty of place for kids to play.. a nice walkway.. well maintained roads.. double parking with closed garage (god bless them for saving us from winter work). It has a nice lawn just to enjoy, no maintenance work for us here too.. the community takes care of everything.. I just love my place here..

You don't want to live here.  Everyone drives on the wrong side of the road and blasts their music all day long.  Your neighbors will park in your driveway, even though they have their own.  Trucks constantly block driveways and streets and are left in the way for hours.  My husband parked a pick up truck from work in a visitor spot and got a warning here couldn't park there again becuase the truck is "too long".  We constantly see moving trucks parked there without warnings.  There is also a $250 association fee each month.

I have lived in Quincy Park for 11 years, and aside from some of the sketchy people that have moved in and out over the years, I love living there, and have raised my daughter and granddaughter there with no problems. There are association rules, as there are with any condo. If you read the rules and follow them, you won't have any issues. If you chose not to, then the problem is yours. If you don't want to deal with association rules, you should buy a house where you can do as you please. There is a reason for each and every rule (likely brought on by someone doing something to bring light to

Quincy Park is a very clean, nicely kept community. I love the landscaping and how well everything is kept up. I am a new owner ( since April 2017) and other than a few communication issues with the management it has been a very good experience! My neighbors are very nice and the pool is sparkling clean! For those of you who are posting bad reviews, my suggestion is to just follow the rules and you will have no problem.
I bought a condo here to avoid maintenance and live is a pleasant environment Quincy Park has fulfilled that need. If you are looking to purchase in Q.P. My suggestion to you is

My parents have lived here for over 20 years. I bring my kids here, and over the past 15 years I have worked with my buyers and sellers that owned, rented or invested in Quincy Park. Seeing it from so many different perspectives, seeing people vent about too many rules with 1 star reviews, here is how I see the math:
You have a community of over 450 units x how ever many people that live there. There is little to no crime. The homes and streets are clean, and so is the pool and park area. QP has replaced most of the roofs and siding, and you would not be able to tell that these homes are 40 years

As with every place you could live, Quincy Park has its pros and cons. I lived there for 20+ years, back when all the neighborhood kids stayed out and played together. There was a general sense of safety and community. The community pool has been maintained and updated. It's really nice, especially if you have kids, what better way to spend a day in the summer? Regarding the rules and regulations, they are simply there to keep order and maintain the community looking nice. However, parking is a hassle if you have more than two cars, as you will have to compete for street parking, and there really

A fair warning do not live here. There is nothing to like about living in this place. It is a badly kept and maintained very small area. The worst is the parking, you aren't allowed to park in the visitors if you live there or you will get towed immediately. And if there is no where to park on the street they say "it's not our problem" they have more than enough places to where you could park your car except that they will fine you or tow you immediately. It is completely not worth the money I wouldn't recommend living here to anyone.
