Tom was hired by the board president, who has known him for decades. ALL expenses went up as well as the money in reserve spent. No bids were provided either. After 30+ years he's worked for other companies one would think he'd know the best vendors around. We were charged $$ to have our outside windows washed. My husband and I were home all day and they were never done. He basically called us liars when I emailed him about it. When we moved out we asked for the elevator key to use. Nope, none around and since it wasn't emergent, too bad. He was not going to call the elevator company

This guy is a joke....1st he doesn't know how to respond all to emails to keep everyone on the email in the loop....some residence don't follow HOA rules and when brought up to Mr. Dase he doesn't respond...his office is not tech savvy so you have to right checks to pay your HOA fees...I can go on and on....doesn't have 24hr answering service so if there is an emergency like a pipe leaking you're screwed....this guy is old and needs to retire.....don't waste your time with this business
