Able to schedule inspection 48 hours after contract acceptance. Since I was purchasing property I requested authorization to be present and received information during inspection. I was allowed access to property and ask questions as well. Inspector Gabriel was very receptive to questions and allowed me to question items in the property as well.

We showed up an hour after inspection started. Gabriel was more than happy to walk us around and explain what he saw. Super friendly and professional. We really felt like he was focused on making sure the house was up to code and safe.
He was also extremely knowledgeable on city codes, both older and more recent. We definitely trust him.

Dustin and Gabriel are very professional and very knowledgeable. I was there for a portion of the inspection and they answered every question I had and even explained the inspection process. Priority Inspection Services responded very quickly! Dustin Hall did my inspection and did a great job. I was very impressed by his inspection which included drone images of the roof. He also did thermal images and showed us areas that were wet behind the wall. Obviously this really helped with negotiations on the house we were buying. Best house inspection report I have ever received. I would use this company again. Great service, very responsive, excellent communication.
