Robert M. Henderson Jr. graduated from the University of St. Augustine in Austin, Texas after obtaining his Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. While attending the University of St. Augustine, he developed a critical foundation for a variety of settings such as orthopedic, neurological, home health, geriatrics, and pediatrics.
He brings a unique perspective to San Marcos having over 17 years of work experience in challenging environments while striving for exceptional customer service. His recent successes afforded him the opportunity to find his real passion in life, which came to be, helping others. Dr. Henderson has just relocated from Austin and is excited to be affiliated with the San Marcos community.

Limitless Physical Therapy is more than your typical clinic. We strive for a holistic approach when accepting the challenge of helping our patients. At Limitless Physical Therapy, our goal is to improve and restore your mobility. I personally entertained other medical degrees, but I wanted to help people get back on their feet with some good old-fashioned hard work and dedication, rather than relying on medication, surgery, or other expensive alternatives.
Dry needling involves inserting a monofilament needle into soft tissue, such as muscles and ligaments to elicit a twitch or muscle relaxation response. It is termed dry needling due to the lack of medication during insertion. Dry needling is often used in conjunction with appropriate exercises prescribed by your physical therapist giving you the best chance for optimal outcomes.
IASTM "Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, " is a manual therapy approach to musculoskeletal injuries using ergonomically designed tools, usually made of stainless steel. As a manual therapist, I rely on my hands often when assisting patients. IASTM works to compliment my hands by adding another layer of assessing your soft tissue injuries more precisely.
I consider myself a leader in the men's health profession. It is my goal to ensure that all patients who need help get the attention they need. Men, in particular often don't visit their doctor enough and at times when it is truly necessary. Let's change this habit and let's all be healthier together.

I found limitless physical therapy through a random google search after I fell down the stairs and sprained my ankle, and I am so grateful I did! Previous to starting with limitless, I had gone 6 months without seeing a physical therapist for my injury, so during that time I was in a lot of pain and the swelling never seemed to reduce. Once I started with limitless within the first month and a half the swelling and pain had completely gone down! Now that I am done with all of my sessions, my ankle has gotten so much stronger and I can finally enjoy being active again! Very grateful for this friendly

I’ve spent the last 3 months at Limitless Physical Therapy. I can honestly say they are the best of the best! From friendly service to their expertise, they have it all! I highly recommend them! I spent the majority of my time working with Dr. Henderson, Olivia, Julio, Marcella, and Amanda. Everyone there is truly passionate about helping their patients and want to see us recover. I have been coming to Limitless for the past six months both as an observer and as a patient. In all honesty, I can say my experience at Limitless has been better than any other physical therapy clinic I have been to. Robert truly cares for his patients and offers a full scope of therapy, leaving no stone unturned in the rehab process. I dealt with nagging knee tendinitis for months, and was not getting better at all until I came to Limitless. Julio, the mainstay tech, is an awesome guy, and made my experience at Limitless even better. Can’t recommend this clinic enough!

Between June 8, 2021 and August 24, 2021 I had 6 surgical biopsies , a full hysterectomy, and a bilateral mastectomy. After my mastectomy, I tried watching some videos for exercises to improve my range of motion and start trying to get my strength back . It became very clear to me that videos would not be enough. Without someone watching my form, I quickly started to compensate when anything was difficult. It was impossible to monitor myself. It was also hard to know if I was doing more harm than good by doing an exercise incorrectly . At the time I started with Limitless, I couldn't lift my arms

Most amazing Physical Therapy available. I can take my grand babies with me and the don't blink an eye. Very family oriented even have a play room. Very hands on amazing staff. Very goal oriented. Have many different ways to get you to your goals. Always friendly staff. I have been to a few different PT places and Dr. Henderson and his staff are a 10+ in my book.

This place is great! I had surgery to remove a bone growth near my knee and I could barley put any weight on it when I went to see Dr. Henderson. After my first few sessions I could feel my leg getting stronger and within a few short weeks I was on the treadmill running a mile! I fully recovered from the surgery and was able to resume an active lifestyle much faster than I expected thanks to Limitless! The entire staff was very kind and welcoming. I'd highly recommend going here if you are considering physical therapy!
