I paid for hair removal on my beard line (face and neck line). It quite simply has not worked. My girlfriend jokes to me that the treatment has made it worse. I have called and told the staff to which they offered no solution. I received a text from them asking if I was satisfied with their service, I replied NO and told them why. They said they would reach out and didn't. I filled out a complaint on their website, told them my issue and have not heard from them. So.... thats why I'm here. Its disappointing to pay for something and end up throwing money away.

Great staff, super friendly! I loved the office, it was clean and bright. The doctor made me very comfortable and answered all of my questions. I found this place to be a little more affordable. I have been to other places and received about the same amount of product, for a higher price. I'm definitely coming back!

The girls who work the front are very nice. The Dr is great. he's so knowledgeable and friendly. I ask tons of questions, he explains in details, no rush and no pressure. The office is very clean and updated. I've done botox and microneedling there. Will definitely visit again! Reasonably priced too! Canceled my membership months ago to this other place in strongsville and so glad I did and found the wellness center!

I visit this office on average two times a month for filler, facials, Cool Lifting, and Botox and more. Been going here for over a year and decided to join their yearly club for $200 per year. This gets me $100 off any filler, and extra 5% off any monthly specials which are on their website and discounts on Latisse and skincare products! I love that they don't hide their pricing either! It's all on their website or you can call and get it.
