We are a family campground located on the beautiful eastern basin of Lake Ontario. Bedford Creek combines a 204-site campground on over 57 acres that can accommodate tents to RVs of all sizes. We offer sites for the season, along with stays as short as a night. If you don't own an RV or tent we rent cabins and RVs to accommodate up to (8) people.

Our well-sheltered marina includes more than fifty slips, and we offer boat rentals for adults and kids. A family atmosphere is part of our focus, as we provide plenty for the kids to keep busy with. You will find plenty of additional information on this site, but please contact us if you have any questions you'd like answered, or if you'd like to make arrangements for a stay with us soon!.
Services
While you stay with us at Bedford Creek, we look forward to offering you what you need to make your stay a comfortable one. Our campground store offers selections in food items, drinks, ice, camping & RV supplies, candy, toys, beach items and some fishing gear. In addition, we offer some gift items that range from collectibles to clothing items.
There is plenty to do at BedfordCreek, such as swim or sun on our private beach. We offer the only undeveloped shoreline on the Henderson Bay, offering roughly 1000 feet of natural shoreline on Lake Ontario. You won't find any rocks or weeds confronting you as you enter the water from our sandy beach access.
Our jumping pillow provides hours of fun, exercise and socializing for the young, and sometimes the young at heart as well. Magically, it produces tired kids for extended, quiet fire-side sits for parents. Our Kangaroo Jumper is the largest of the brand, roughly 70 feet long by 33 feet wide, with a max capacity of 50 kids.
Aside from the lake there might be no better way to cool off on a hot day than to stop by for some soft serve custard, milkshake, or a hard ice cream flavor of your choice at Creekside Custards. Our ice cream shop is located in the same building space as our store and office, and if the store closes early for any reason there is a serving window open each evening.
We have (52) slips in our sheltered marina on the Bedford Creek. High winds and rough waters will not concern boat owners who dock their boat in the Bedford Creek, as the high winds rarely create a wake in our private mooring area. A short trip down the creek channel places you right on the Henderson Bay, and the eastern basin of Lake Ontario.

This is long overdue but finally getting around to it. We had rented a pontoon boat for the day. It didn’t work properly and we couldn’t tell until we spent 1/2 hour driving it out of the chanel and tried to actually give it power. We are very familiar with boats and my husband tried everything he could think of and couldn’t get it to move faster than 5mph. We then brought it back and had to search for someone and finally was told they would refund our money. That never happened. We then had to wait another 1/2 hour to get picked up because we had been dropped off to get the boat. It was

Unfortunately I have to leave one star. This campground has went from great to terrible the last couple years. Dues are not used for maintenance or repairs. The beach is In very bad condition. The management is absolutely terrible. They don't like seasonal campers. They will boot you after two years. Ask all the seasonal renters that have been kicked out after decades of payment. Steer clear so I don't have to tell you I told you so.

Great experience all the way around. We started the rental process back in March. The owners were very responsive every time I called. They did a great job explaining the process and giving us a navigation briefing before heading out. We had a blast. Returning the boat couldn't have been easier! We hope to return next year!

Good people to deal with. Friendly helpful. Never have any problems with boat rentals. Prices are a little high but still reasonable.

We are new to this campground since August and we have been spending alot of our summer here. My kids love the beach and playground areas. There is big bounce pad that all the campground kids use that is great too. Im in love with the sunsets and would go to the beach to get my pictures almost every night. Its Definitely worth the drive for us. Just past Watertown

With the water looking a little rough, the owner was sure to bring us to the water and give us plenty of information so we could make an informed decision on whether or not to rent a pontoon boat These guys are doing it right. The boats we rented where clean, and good to go. Keep up the good work!

We have been 2 years in a row now and enjoyed it so much we came back. Last year was not as busy and we like that. This year it was pretty busy and very loud in the evening, people were partying right up until quiet hours at 11pm. Its great they allow golf carts but can also be super annoying when they drive past your site all night blinding you while sitting by the fire. The noise late at night and the constant blinding by the golf carts would be my only complaints. The beach area is fabulous and LOVE how pet friendly this campground is. The store in site and pizza and ice cream shop is a bonus
