I’d like to start by graciously Thanking this shop for always doing right by us!
1st interaction, our car was stolen then recovered with a busted ignition. We had it towed there and within a couple days they had it back to us.
2nd the steering rack in our mini van needed replaced, these guys got it done in just 2 days along with a full inspection of our vehicle
3rd My mother in law drove out here for Thanksgiving and a plate cracked on her engine. These guys got her in same day and all set for the road in just 2 days!

Was having trouble with my car starting, we didnt think it would be the battery since we had recently gotten a new one elsewhere. The team at Dakota Ridge Auto fixed my car right up, turns it was just the battery, and I was able to pick up my car very quickly. They are also very good at answering any questions.

Absolutely awesome service. They repaired what I needed and told me what I needed but could hold off on for now.
The customer service was great and the quality of the work seems just as great.
The cost was fairly competitive as I did call around, however it was the most expensive from other places, with that said the level of service I experienced was well worth the cost difference.
I will be bringing all my vehicles here in the future.

I have been service writing for 2 decades & will say if you want great customer service & care for the customer along with their safety in the vehicle please consider the extra cost for Dakota Ridge Auto. I went in recently to have my ac looked at. When I got the inspection results back they stated i needed my entire ac system replaced without stating what the exact issue is. They initially quoted me about $3000+ in total. Reasonable price and concern.. UNTIL i got home and ran a pressure test on it myself and found the leak in about 2 minutes which turned out to be the discharge hose which i can go get at the store. Pretty easy to find the leak but instead i was told to replace the whole system. Im 19 and i found it easy money, when i take my car to a shop i trust them be honest with their customers

I had taken my car into a regional chain for some work and it left worse than when I brought it in. I called Dakota Ridge Auto and they were able to get me in quickly. They were open and honest about the issues and walked me through the recommended work. My car is driving better now than it has in the past year. Plus they're a local company so my money is staying in my community.

I'm very disappointed that after an oil change they recommended I replace my passenger axle that would cost over $800. I have a warranty thankfully that covers it, but when I brought it into the dealership they showed me while the car was up that there are no leaks and nothing wrong with any axles. It's in fact an oil leak or residual from the service Dakota provided. It's never a good feeling to be a woman and be taken advantage of like that. I will never return.

They have been forthcoming with all the information about my car. I would not go to another auto shoppe. They are very nice and listen to you. I am female, and do not feel I am preyed upon. I feel they are honest and treat women with respect and don't overcharge us simply for being female. Thank you, Dakota Ridge for fixing my Audi.

Great service and very thorough. But I will say it is a little more expensive than other mechanic services. For example, I received a oil change, full synthetic, cost $80 but with coupon $70. Most places around Littleton are between $40-$60 for a full synthetic oil change. Hourly rates are a little higher than other shops. They do have some great coupons which can help with those costs.

I never felt rushed while discussing my car’s issues, nor pressured to do things I wasn’t ready to do just yet. They were also very accommodating when I got confused on my appointment and brought the car in late. I also appreciate the communication options while the car is in service and I’m away. I received a coupon for a free oil change from the car wash next door with a car wash package. I called and set an appointment and dropped my car off. Got a call from TJ and he informed me that it would be $69.95. I told him I had a coupon for a free oil change. He said well that will give you $10.00 off. I said, it's a free oil change and I know oil changes are not $10.00. He said send me a picture, I did and said I expect to pay for the up charge for synthetic oil. He explained it was too old and they wouldn't take my coupon even though there is no expiration date. He went on to explain

This is my last time going to Dakota Ridge Auto. I have been a customer for about three years and within the last year their treatment of me has really gone downhill. I was informed at one of my regular oil changes in Jan 2018 of maintenance that needed to be done on my car. I wasn't able to have most of that particular maintenance done at Dakota Ridge Auto due to cost (over $500), so I had experienced friends do it for me instead. When I came back to DRA for my next oil change I told this to Tim, one of the main guys at the front desk, and told him what maintenance work my friend had done

This was my second time going here. My first experience wasn't the best but they were close to home and convienent so I figured I would give them another shot. I was having the exact same issue with my truck one year ago that I'm having with it right now, brought it in and told the mechanics what was going on and what they did last time to fix it. Left my truck there overnight and all day, and went back to pick it up after work when they told me they couldn't find anything and we're guessing that it was an intake leak which would cost about $900 to fix. So I paid the $125

A trustworthy neighborhood mechanic. They are kind and friendly and always give me an accurate assessment of what needs to be done on my car, and what can wait. They have a free shuttle that drops you off at your house while they work on your car. They always have coupons too which is a perk. We will continue to bring our cars here.

Dakota Ridge is running a pretty shoddy operation. I explained my issue to the people working there 3 different times and in great detail - basically, that my AC belt was squealing along a pulley and I wanted to know why. Despite the fact that my AC unit doesn't even run off of the serpentine belt, they insisted that the issue would be fixed by replacing a tensioner on the serpentine belt, which they said had been installed improperly by someone else (this escaped their notice during an earlier "comprehensive" review of the belts a couple months before).
