Bad Customer service. Mask cover your face not your eyes when you roll them at customers. The old lady casher.

The Orcas Village Store is the first store you see as you get off the ferry onto Orcas Island. It is one the best places to grab a few groceries, lunch, drinks, or anything else you could think of on the island. There are so many groceries options found in this little grocery store. They also have a wide variety of fresh, ready to eat, food options as well. There is also a nice variety of wines, beer, and liquor sold here. I noticed that there were a lot of food and drinks sold here that were made right on Orcas Island. My husband and I picked up several snacks, fresh sandwiches, and wine

What, why stop at a grocery store? This will likely be your first thought as you drive off the ferry but don't make that mistake. Take a quick (and I mean quick since it's right next door) detour to pop in and be amazed. The selection of cheeses alone will dazzle you, from Drunken Goat (an excellent hardened goat cheese) to St. Andre (just one of many creamy, brie-style cheeses). Then you'll turn around and see the wines, and the beers (one of the few places you'll be able to find a Samuel Smith stout and nut brown ale) and the booze (ditto, the rare bottles of Blanton, always sold out, even in

Conveniently located right at the ferry terminal. You can’t miss it. Reasonable prices and excellent selection. Stock up before you board the ferry or before you go explore the town.

We stopped in to grab to go sandwiches before our sailing trip out of Deer Harbor since nowhere else seemed to be open at that hour. The deli is right next to the ferry terminal. Inside, they're also a market and have all kinds of things one might need. In terms of deli food, they had a variety of prepackaged sandwiches that were more exciting than a classic Kraft cheddar and Turkey. For example, I got one with ham, Brie, and apricot jam on it! My husband got a different sandwich, which he also enjoyed. They also had different sides and drinks you could buy to go with your sandwich. I just

This place is a hidden gem for foodies/cooks. From garam masala and berbere to truffle pasta sauce. They have it. The downside? When it's summer and ferry traffic is high, the store is filled with loud and annoying people, who are essentially there to buy beer, wine and liquor. But on weekday evenings, this is a great place for locals to get their global culinary fix. And yes, any Le Cruiset things you could ever want.

This is a small unassuming grocery/deli. We were starving waiting for the ferry and decided to grab a bite. I got a Shrimp Louie salad. Sounds like the stuff from nightmares-a premade grocery store seafood salad huh? But it was one of the best darn salads I've ever encountered! Everything was super fresh and the salad was loaded with egg, black olives, green onions, shrimp, tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and thousand island (?) dressing. A dash of salt and pepper and I was one fat happy gurl.

I was having a terrible morning, then I dropped my coffee I just purchased, in the street. The kind ladies working cheered me up and gave me a replacement at no additional charge. Great store, with great employees.

This is one of the greatest stops on the island especially for the price and the quality of food you get. Great sandwiches and lots of variety. Desserts are good there too. It's right off of ferry when you get on the island. Or you can pick up something before you take the ferry back to the mainland. We really enjoyed it.

Oh, I do love little markets in little communities, and this one just oozes local love. First of all, it's like 12 seconds away from the first dry ground you reach (or leave, depending on your direction) on the island, so it's a great spot to grab some groceries or food when you land. Or if you're headed out for the day, you can grab some supplies here for the boat ride.

There are all the things you need--meats, produce, packaged goods, but a few unexpected tricks. I was here at an odd hour, but those sandwiches up front look amazing and it looks like it's a fair bit of their

Plenty of great options for when you first arrive/depart on Orca's Island.
Be sure to arrive at least an hour before departure time in the morning. We arrived 60 minutes ahead of time and were 14th in line.

We stopped by here while waiting for the ferry back to Anacortes, like many folks I imagine do, and what a treat for us to have a place like this to visit prior to embarking. Breakfast sandwich options for both my veg partner and I were on point, not greasy or too cheesy. Coffee and espresso both exceeded expectation as well. Great product and grocery selection for the space, with prices you would expect on an island.

This grocery is great. I thought it was going to be super expensive compared to the main land it was just a touch surcharge.

Their ready to made food was delicious. I got the crab filled bagel. They also carry unexpected stuff like truffle butter and essentials like soy sauce and ramen. We also grabbed some ahi tuna while we were there.

Service was provided with a smile and great attitude!

Cute store with an unexpected selection. We came in to find a corkscrew on our recent visit to the island and were surprised by the selection ranging from higher end cooking supplies, prepared foods, cleaning supplies, etc.
the liquor here was cheaper than the Eastsound Wine and Liquor store but not as large of selection.

Being an islander I am on the ferry a lot and always grab a breakfast burrito for morning ride, chicken Caesar sandwich for lunch and when running late at dinner time, turkey tetrazinni and bacon mushroom mac and cheese are the best.
You can't go wrong with any of their in house prepared meals.
The store is small and can't carry everything you could want, but the selection they do have is outstanding.
Keep up the great work Ron & Mary and your hard working staff!
PS The scones and cookies are also wonderful!

This store has everything! Too bad we only discovered it on our last day here- it was much closer to our rental than downtown. This is right next to the orcas island ferry.

There were long lines on this Sunday morning as people were waiting to get on the early ferry. We got breakfast sandwiches from the heated cabinet and they have a small coffee shop. Fresh produce is available along with fresh seafood and meat.

Service was slow but they opened up more lines. The cashier was very welcoming to customers but it the nicest to other coworkers.

I would definitely come back, especially if you
