I was very happy with the team that was sent to install my new well pump and water tank. Joey was really knowledgeable about the equipment and explained the installation. He answered all my questions patiently and adjusted my water softener to make sure everything was working together before they left. They left everything neat and clean. Thank you.

Thought the reviews for Water Dr sounded too good to be true - but found they really are true! Professional, competent, even friendly, and most surprising - fair and reasonable price. Moved into a home with existing water softener system that we could not get to work. They came, serviced it (without trying to sell us a new one) and now it works ! Could not ask for better than that.

They replaced my whole ancient filtration system in an afternoon, after months of issues with another company. They did a great job and are definitely my go to now.

We had a whole house water softener installed by the Water Dr. Josh was prompt, very knowledgeable and professional. Josh explained all the workings of the system to me and answered all of my questions with ease. I really appreciate and I am impressed with the time Josh took to do a very neat professional job. Highly recommend!!!! Had an emergency service and of all 5 people and or companies I called they were the only ones that got back to me. It was late at night and not during usual business hours and they were here within the hour. Dennis and Matt were absolutely amazing! I also recommend asking for them directly for any job. They walked me through everything and were very fair in price seeing it was after 7pm and an emergency job because we had no water. I went from having no water at all with my well to having everything back to normal in a couple of hours. I wouldn’t call anyone else from now

Our consultation was done by Matt McCoy who was amazing! He explained everything that we needed and even gave us some tips as we are first time homeowners. Matt Dudley performed the work and he was equally as awesome! He changed out our old well pressure tank and softener system along with some new pipes. He completely transformed the space. I will definitely be giving these guys a call back to service our well system. Great work and great prices! Please call these guys, you won’t be disappointed!

I had been experiencing a water pressure decline. When the pump started running longer and when I wasn't running water I decided to get the system looked at. Given the age of my system (over 20 yrs) I wasn't sure what I would be getting into. They swapped out all the mechanicals, lines and answered any questions I had. I now consider myself "well" educated. Big job, these guys made it look easy. MUCH improved. The Water Dr. is IN!

I have owned a home for over 20 years, and taken care of at least two others doing almost every conceivable type of major work. All the people at Water Doctor have not only been some of the nicest people I have encountered, but their work in my home changing a water pump and water tank was nothing short of spectacular. No water pressure!! Second time I used these guys for yet another well emergency! Joey came out, reviewed the situation and informed me he had everything to complete the replacement of my 23 yo well tank (pics don't lie, it was bad) on his truck, bigger and better than before!! He and a couple other guys finished the job quickly as promised. At 2:45 I placed the panic call, by 6:00 my problem was solved, great job! I would highly recommend these guys, it's like they work 24/7!
