Services
We design and install water softener systems to treat hard water for both residential and commercial operations. Although not harmful to health, hard water creates scaling that increases energy use. It reduces significantly the life of heating and hot water equipment. Avoiding repeated repairs and heating system replacement can make water softening systems cost effective.
The electric motor and the pump are installed as one unit in the well. Submersible well pumps are long cylinders usually 4 inches in diameter and 2 to 4 feet long. An electric cable is attached to the motor, and a pipe comes up the well from the pump into the home. To ensure that water supply is reliable, submersible pumps may be set hundreds of feet beneath the water in a well.

Quite possibly one of the best companies of any type in the area when it comes to customer service. Jeff is so quick to respond, you always can get a hold of him and he immediately earns your trust and confidence in his professional opinion. I wouldn't use anyone else and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of Bennett & Cole's services.
We were needing some well water testing and also having flow issues in our home where we couldn't run two faucets at the same time. Jeff quickly identified the problem, replaced a filter and we instantly saw a major improvement throughout the whole house

Very honest and professional. Jeff came to look at my well and was honest in his evaluation that nothing needed to be fixed. Another local company had wanted to charge me $150 for an estimate, so I am glad I used Bennett and Cole instead. Jeff offered me valuable information on how to keep my pipes in good working order. I will certainly use them in the future for anything I need done. Highly recommend!

Met Jeff Colasante earlier today. I have a never met a more honest person. I had a failed salt water treatment system in the house, assumed that I would need some kind of water treatment. After researching a lot and going around in circles reached out to Bennett & Cole.
I could list everything here but to tell the fact that every step from the initial communication to the last hand shake there was through professionalism, honesty & truthfulness.

Jeff and Jim, were did a terrific job! They updated the well and brought our system up to code from an old jet pump to a submersible pump. Upgraded the well casing and housing as well as updated the old steel water tank to a fiberglass tank which removed the condensation rusty smell from the basement. Two thumbs up! thanks again from Ridgefield CT! - Mike

I've hired Bennett and Cole twice over the last 2 years. I've found them to be trust worthy, highly knowledgeable and -- above all else -- able to get the job done quickly. When they're in my house working and that red truck is in my driveway, I'm confident the issue(s) will be corrected the right way. Great customer service (and they actually pick up the phone when you call! Too many plumbers not only fail to answer, but don't even return calls!).
I highly recommended Bennett & Cole -- I'll be calling them the next time something goes awry!
